This was so easy and cheaper than having something made.

Like it, installed for safety. Good.

I Order three of these two were broken, the same part came broken. Very bad craftsmanship.Also the cap covers look like metal in the pictureBut they are cheep plastic that don’t fit very well.Hate to leave bad comments but this is a bad product and they should take it off the market.

I had to install railing into concrete steps. The 1 page instructions were terrible and I wound up going to 3 hardware stores to buy a hammer drill and various size concrete drill bits and new concrete bolts. The rail itself is very nice but without useful instructions it made the job much more difficult.

The directions for assembly are beyond terrible. They are printed on what seems like reinforced toilet paper. There are 3 pictures, so out of focus, I have no idea what 2 of them showed. The lack of directions caused me problems when I assembled the railings. To mount the railing took me 2-3 times longer than it should have because of no directions. The quality is very marginal. One of the connections on the top railing broke off during shipping. I should have returned the 2 railings I purchased but I need them NOW.

Inexpensive collets but needed them quick and wanted them cheap so it did the job!

Nice looking railing, the only problem is the plates that hold the handrail part to the legs are only held on with two very small pop rivets that were broken off, so the railing is useless to me.

Do not bu this product if your going to actually use it for a handrail. It is like putting makeup on a pig. It might look nice but its useless.
