The Diet Plate Complete Weight Loss Portion Control Solution - Female Version

I have been using this system for a month now and have lost over a stone. Did not realise quite how big my portion sizes were before and to be honest since using the plate I haven't missed my old portion sizes. Had tried every diet under the sun but have found that this really works for me as I don't feel like I'm dieting and do not feel deprived in any way- just having what I want to eat but smaller portions. Still drinking my wine at the weekends and occasionally during the week but the weight is still coming off. At last!
