This massage kit comes with 5 separate pieces, and a white, velvety bag to store them. This is advertised to do several different things, including break down cellulite, eliminate toxins, promote blood circulations, loosen tight muscles, relax and soothe the body, and stimulate lymphatic drainage. I got this set to loosen tight muscles and relax and soothe body.To me, the 3 roller sticks of are too similar and they I can’t feel much difference between them. I have bad back pain, and when I rolled the various sticks over my lower back myself, it was not very effective. The rollers all felt too smooth to me, and my shoulders started to ache right away from the repetitive movement. However, when I asked my husband to roll the sticks over my back and the back of my legs, they really worked well. You must be careful to not roll it over bony areas like spine and shoulder blades. It felt very good on the sore part of my lower back and over my glutes, legs, and soles of feet. I asked my husband if it was less work than massaging my back using his hands, and he said it was easier on his fingers, but he still had to press hard and be careful to not roll over my spine. We didn’t try the other two pieces because they don’t look good for massaging my back.Overall, I liked this kit a lot more than I thought I would, and it works best with someone else doing the rolling and applying pressure.It appears well made and seems like it will last a long time. All the pieces of wood are well finished with no sharp or scratchy areas.

This was a gift for my friend, she recently started practicing body sculpting. The set is well packaged, beautiful storage bag and box, very aesthetically pleasing to give as a gift. She was really happy and tried some of the tools out on me, it was so relaxing I might purchase a set for myself! Would definitely recommend this product

Love this product. Tools seem sturdy and well made, no rough edges. There is a QR code included in the box that you scan to give you a full list of instructions for each tool which I found very helpful. The carry bag and presentation box give the product a luxury feel. This product would also make a beautiful gift.

I bought multiple wood therapy products from Amazon, private websites, and even Etsy. This pack is the best one yet. The wood is finished. Therefore, you will not get scratched from unfinished wood tools. Great size, great handles. Not all wood therapy tools are created equal. This one is, the one to get 💯
