You never need these...
Lmfao you don't even need these after you remove the oem ones, they are for keeping the rotor on the car as it is moved through the assembly plant, so they don't fall off and hit someone on the floor from 25 ft.

Just like factory.
New rotors were put on my 1995 Civic. These operated exactly as OEM parts. Use anti seize on the heads and threads to not have to drill them out like I did.
