Tiger Chef Clear Lids For 1 Quart Capacity Commercial Grade Clear Food Storage Round Polycarbonate Containers

I bought this to make sourdough bread. This makes bulk fermentation so easy and convenient, and I don’t have to use any of my big pots anymore. I also use this to brine meat. Great for so many things and good quality.

I’m impressed by the tight closure between the lid and the canister. I initially thought 12-qt capacity was overkill, I was wrong. The added space allows mixing of at least two loaves at a time and dough has plenty of space to rise. The build is firm, but still light enough for easy handling. It certainly makes it easier to manipulate the dough before proofing. I just love it.

I really meant to write this sooner. When I first received my order there was a bucket missing, but after reaching out to the seller, they got back to me within just a couple or few hours and had a replacement sent immediately. Could not have asked for an easier experience.The containers themselves are extremely sturdy. I do quite a bit of baking and make a poolish for my pizza doughs, and for the most part, these remain sealed in the fridge even with all of the pressure from the gases released. Definitely will turn to here first if I need more or something similar!

I just hope it holds a good seal I has a hard plastic white one that I loved but lid broke I keep my flour in it so it needs to stay fresh

Was hoping for a sealed lid commercial grade food container, as I've used before. The lid does not seal on the container, and is a loose fit, not good to contain freshness. On the positive note, it is a good clear polycarbonate container.

I wanted to give a 4 star review because this was so HUGE. But it is a nice quality and that wouldn't be fair. I need one for bread dough but when I go down a size the top gets narrower.

They are good, and I like as food storage

I am excited about the 12 QT canister with top. It is easy to use, top fits tight, and canister easy to use during process.
