I use it in the kitchen, and it is completely sufficient, so I recommend it for light work such as the kitchen, hallways, and living room. Regarding the battery: It has not been a long time since the first use, to give a final ruling, but in principle it is good, especially if it is used as shown in the delivered instructions for use notice.

I liked that it is handy but without forgetting you need to recharge for the next job, or you'd be stuck half way through.The thing that I disliked most is that it normally works on 12kpa which is not what I look for, because honestly even a manual broom does that job. Secondly, on 30kpa at the most it works for 15-20 minutes - not happy at all about the whole vacuum- a corded vacuum is much better but due to space constraints, I wanted a less bulky one

The vacuum looks very stylish and works well. It’s light, easy to maneuver and not noisy. Maybe not the biggest sucking power, but enough for floor and rugs. Charge is enough to clean 2 bedroom apartment at least twice. My best purchase on Amazon so far.

Original review in second part-Updated review:After the company sent a new battery. That did not fix the problem with the UR 10. The company sent me a brand new UR11 pro instead at no additional cost. My warranty on the new vacuum is from when I received it which is good. As a mom of 2, I don’t take time to do updates or write reviews so if you can please read.Pro’s- I have had the new vacuum for a month now. It has a digital touchscreen that is very easy to use. The filter system is much better then the last. The bristles are easier to clean. I like the attachments. It has 3 modes for suction which is nice and it changes modes automatically if it changes surfaces. Also it goes to high when you turn it off so it gets any dirt in the tube. It weighs less then the UR 10 and stands on its own. The battery seems to last longer for now.Cons:The devise is still difficult to switch between the attachments. The UR 11 pro mount does not have the holder for the attachment which I loved as the UR10 did. They did send me a stand which has the holder for the attachments but still not as good as the UR10 mount. The release clip for the dust cup is a little weird compared to other vacuums but nothing that is a game changer.As far as the company goes. Although it takes a while for the communication to go back and forth because of the time zone difference, they really care to make things right! I am still not thrilled about a 14 hour time difference but I can get past it with them going above and beyond. The company did say that as they grow, they will eventually have people working our time zone hours.So I still stand with most of my review on the UR 10. Spend the extra money on the UR 11 pro.Original review below.I never write reviews and especially a bad review because I believe a company should have the ability to resolve an issue before a review is completed. I have owned this for 4 months and I do wish I bought a shark instead but I was on a budget. Now this will cost me time and money to resolve.Let’s start pro’s:The overall design is nice and has good suction. The wall mount is nice because is holds the vacuum securely and the accessories with it.Now the con’s:The vacuum is extremely loud when you put it on high. When you go to change the parts off to use accessories, it sticks and very hard to pull apart. The bottom release button for the canister is extremely sensitive and has busted open and caused a huge mess multiple times. The head of the vacuum does not lock in place so it tips over very easily. But the biggest issue is the battery! When you charge it, it takes over 12 hours to charge. It does not last more then 30 minutes before it is dead again. If it doesn’t die when you vacuum, and you forget to plug it in, it will lose battery charge between usage. This is not an immediate problem but will happen over time.Not let’s talk about the company and it’s customer service! I am aware all products now a days are made in China. Don’t have much choice in that matter as a consumer. But this is a Chinese based company with no phone numbers to call for customer service. Because I am out of the 30 day window I can not get a refund. Amazon can no longer assist either. Because this company is based in China, it only works China standard time so it takes over 24 hours for a response via email. They are offering to send me a new battery as a starting point. But it has taken 5 days to even get to that point because it takes over 24 hours to get a response back on top of the time difference. If the battery doesn’t fix it then they will go to the next step and won’t tell me what that is. Plus it will take over a week to get the battery. So if your doing the same math as me, it will be 2 weeks plus with out a vacuum. I am a mom with 2 kids under 4 and 2 dogs plus myself and my husband. I vacuum every day 2 times a day. I NEED this resolved asap! If it wasn’t for the fact this vacuum is only 4 months old, I wouldn’t bother and just buy a new one. But I have no choice because I can’t get my money back.Do your self a favor and save your money, time and sanity. Get a better quality vacuum!

This little Vacuum works well and was able to pick up kitty litter or cat food off the floor no problem . Easy to maneuver and pretty light weight . The regular setting holds a good charge just make sure to follow the instructions before Initial use to charge the battery properly . The stronger setting definitely drains the battery faster but I find I don’t use it that much as the regular setting does a good enough job . Easy to dump the canister as it’s one simple button and easy to mount to the wall for storage. I love the look of it too ! I was able to get this with $50 off with a discount and promoCode so I’m very happy with the cost and product . Even if I paid full price I would still be happy . It’s perfect for those quick cleans or touch ups around the house !

Ho acquistato questo prodotto la prima volta nonostante alcune recensioni negative ( novembre 22), l'ho utilizzato in varie situazioni ( anche in negozio oltre che a casa ) e devo dire che la descrizione del prodotto è fedele, non ho avuto problemi con la durata della batteria io la utilizzo sempre fino a che si scarica completamente prima di ricaricarla ed a oggi dopo più di un anno è ancora uguale e lo uso tutti i giorni. Ho acquistato un secondo prodotto dopo 5 mesi purtroppo questo dopo vari mesi ha avuto un problema ( non rimaneva acceso ) ho contattato il rivenditore spiegando il problema e inviando un video, avendone due era più facile fare le prove con i vari pezzi che spostavo da uno all'altro per capire perchè non funzionava. il RIVENDITORE è stato efficientissimo nella risposta e nel inviarmi il pezzo di ricambio e rimanendo in contatto quasi quotidianamente con me finchè non è arrivato il pazzo di ricambio. L'ho fatto provare per un pò ad una persona anziana e non ha avuto nessuna difficoltà e acquisterò per lei il terzo prodotto come prossimo regalo . ottimo prodotto, leggero, facile da pulire e sopprattutto non ho avuto problemi con i capelli ( e i miei sono lunghi ).CONSIGLIATO SI anche per il prezzo!!!!

Best thing about this vacuum cleaner is that you can clean in the dark parts cause of the led lights. Also the accessoires help out with the couch or tough corners. You have 2 modes, one normal whiches saves alot of battery life and one high power. I must say with high power it's maximum life will be around 30 minutes top. Therefore i bought an extra battery and alsways have it charged. Super easy use and clean whole house.
