I wanted this to raise my mood..and i have to say, im not so down. Its always hard to say if something works depression wise.but a few months in, i am defo up..not swinging from the rafters and bouncing around, but not bad, not bad! 4 stars, cos im not happy to say my mood is down to this 100% but if you want this for improving mood..no harm in trying.
