Bought this with having gallbladder full of stones and the pain really bad especially when I have actual gallbladder attack, put 1spoonful in hot water with a little lemon juice 3 cups a day and it’s helped so much, don’t have as many attacks and the bloating from my ibs and cramps seem to be a lot better however I Didn’t actually buy this to help with weight loss even though I eat healthy and need to lose weight but find it hard due to mobility, after a week-2weeks I found I had lost under a stone in weight from drinking this!! Would recommend to anyone wanting help to lose weight or shift stubborn weight to try this first as it’s all natural, tastes ok and price is really cheap which I think is worth it for the health benefits it can help with

How lovely is this bottle though? I'll be honest I chose this one because the bottle is so nice... It looks nice and fancy on the kitchen side and makes guests who come round go "ooo what's this?" and then I just say "Apple cider vinegar". Most know what it is but others don't have a clue and then it starts a conversation about all the health benefits of how good it is and all that... So the bottle is a great conversation starter if you leave it out on your kitchen side because it looks fancy lolOkay honestly though this isn't the strongest tasting ACV I've had before however that's not entirely a bad thing because ACV is vile to taste, right? So I do actually quite like this one. I like to have 1tsp in hot water before bed. It helps with digestion and heart burn and helps you stay fit and well (not fat ;)). Take it regularly to keep your pain at ease. You'll start seeing results after like... 2 weeks? I'd say, I didn't really keep track but I've been using different brands for years so it's hard to say but I'd say roughly at least 2 weeks and you'll start seeing progress. Keep up with it and drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Due to IBS, ACV is the only thing which works for me when mixed with Ginger Beer. I have tried them all as they are usually so cheap but this one caught my eye and I can happily say it’s worth paying double for, deliciously sweet and mixed perfect with Ginger. I also love the bottle design. Highly recommended!
