Steer well clear of this if you think it is an RM Pro as per the description.It is actually the RM Pro + which does not work with most other things like Amazon Alexa, Google Home, RM Bridge, SmartThings, etc.The App (called IHC) is awful and buggy. It appears to be unfinished.Support from Broadlink themselves is terrible.You can use it to control IR and RF devices from your smartphone, but the clunky app does not make it a pleasant experience.

Came on time great service would buy again.

Loading the app was faffy. The product connected well to the TV and our electric fire. It was a bit faffy to set up on my phone. It is nice not having to use the remotes for those and just use my phone.However setting up up with google assistant as been difficult. I'm reasonably good at these things and it now works about 50% of the time. Basically any delay stops it working. With five apps, you can see why it is buggy. Apps needed to do it: IHC, IHC voice Plugin, IFTTT, TouchTask and Airtask. One cost £2, but the rest were free. .Now I can say: fire on, fire off, netflix on, youtube on, netflix on hot - each commend presses all the buttons to work. Works 50% of the time. However just pressing one button via the app on my phone works every time and it is a time saver.I've only given it two stars, because I think one app should be able to work with google home to do this.
