Victorinox Huntsman Swiss Army Knife, Medium, Multi Tool, Camping Knife, 15 Functions, Large Blade, Bottle Opener

From what I see from modern preppers, survivalists or bushcrafters the Swiss army range of knives seem to be criminally overlooked in favor of larger, more intimidating looking knives but you won't get a more useful tool than a good Swiss Army Knife.My Huntsman fits perfectly into the hollow storage section of the Magpul stock I have on my Ruger 10/22 takedown although I did have to cut out a couple of the 'fins' inside to fit it properly. It is held in with Velcro so doesn't rattle about..I own a few different versions of the Swiss Army Knife including the awesome Swiss Army Champ which has everything you could possibly need (and more) and I consider the Huntsman to have all the essential tools you need in a really compact knife / tool. I've added a mini screwdriver and pin to the knife (see pictures) as they do not come with the knife.Every essential is here including toothpick and tweezers and it's all made from the highest quality materials, fitted together with real precision - this is a tool which will last for many years and well worth the money.Forget about buying a cheap copy as they simply aren't worth it.I went for the silver version since it will be the most reflective if it needs to be located on a night by torch light but other colors are available - quite why they are different prices baffles me as it is simply different color plastic side covers.I'd definitely recommend this knife to anyone who wants all the essential parts of a Swiss Army Knife and doesn't want to splash out on a larger version (e.g. Champ) with the caveat that to complete this knife you'll need to buy the mini screwdriver (fits into the corkscrew) and the pin which fits into the secret hole where the corkscrew meets the main body of the knife.An excellent knife / tool - razor sharp straight out of the box too.

I have a number of SAK's (swiss army knives) but ended up purchasing this one because I wanted to be able to carry the small glasses screwdriver (purchased separately) that fits in the corkscrew.I also found this particular design & colour of scales very attractive & stand out. The tool itself has just about everything you could wish for on a pocket multi tool of this type. I actually like a dedicated philips driver on my SAKs & find its omission annoying though the small screw driver on the can opener is adequate.Every tool is well constructed and designed and works as it should.The can opener itself is one of the best of its types I have ever used & it whistles through a tin at speed.the scissors are great, sharp & easy to use. The saw is sharp & excellent for cutting green wood.I have to thin some trees out every year & have to climb amongst the branches to access what needs cutting.I always use a SAK. The awl is an excellent design too. The main & smaller blade are both very sharp & a great shape to do actual cutting & slicing with. It has lived on my person since purchased & has been used multiple times for just about any job you can think off. I took it on holiday recently & it was invaluable, from making sandwiches to helping to take apart a child's scooter by using the smallest screwdriver/can opener to help undo a 4mm allen bolt.If your looking to purchase one, make sure you consider what roles you actually want it fulfill, There are so many different designs that there is sure to be one that will fit the jobs you have in mind for it.This item is legal in the UK

Looks like a swiss army knife from a Sci-Fi movie, but its very cool, its basically like clear glass and paint underneathI just wish that Victorinox would finally use some more scratch resistant materials for the scales, they get same easily scratched as the red one, but on this one its not that visible.Usual Swiss quality of the highest standard, all tools working and all very useful and the scissors are the best, never had such great scissors before.I used to say the corkscrew is useless, but its great for storage of the micro screwdriver (have to purchase separately about 3quid a piece many otdoor shops sell spares like the alloutdoor.co.uk)and that is something i need to have all the time and is of my most used victorinox tools and not just for my eyeglasses, but also for small electronics and other uses.There is also the slot for the Victorinox straight pin, pin is not included tho.This is one of the best legal carry knifes on the market, absolutely worth the price and you don't get it cheaper than here so get one, you will not be disappointed ever.Great for EDC, camping, hiking and even hunting as you can use the saw to make traps.This is a great gift for anyone.Remember that the tip of the can opener is designed to be used for flat and philips screwheads too and it works great.This is the reason why you don't see the philips instead of corkscrew much anymore, i have a Victorinox Fieldmaster with philips screwdriver and i never used it, i always rather used the tip of the can opener.

I was actually looking for a can opener to take camping, knowing that mostly non electrical ones do not work well. And somehow ended up buying this instead. And yes the can opener tool works very well! A little slow but at least reliable and won't let you down.The scissors work great on nails (such a girl), the knives mean one less cooking camping item to pack, the corkscrew is yet to be tried... Such a good value item to have at all times.The silver version of this is very smart indeed. Overall it feels very sturdy and I love it.

Arrived as scheduled. Victorinox are my favorite knives for outdoors and as a utility knife. I usually get Red so I didn't know how I would like the transparency so I was pleasantly surprised at the looks. I had two of these in red to replace (Thanks TSA 🥸}. This is the first one and now I will probably get the other one in transparent also.

Just amazing. I take it everywhere with me and it has lots of tools that are useful for when you unexpectedly need them. I love the addition of the tweezer and toothpick!

Nie ukrywam, że mam już wiele scyzoryków Victorinox. Tego kupiłem jako kolejny do kolekcji. Na plus ciekawy wygląd, na minus okładki, które dają wrażenie mniejsze solidności niż klasyczne czerwone pełne okładki. Gdybym drugi raz wybierał, to wybrał bym klasyczne okładki.
