LodesolFlexible Magnetic Tool Holder 8.25"x6.75" Mp2012

I saw that the material is vinyl, any idea what kind of temperature it can stand up to? Like would it be ok sitting on a machine around 150 degrees?

Any idea of the strength of these magnetic mats? Wondering if this mat would hold a pistol under a desk/ table...
