Easy to assemble
Used this for a 3 X 5 American Flag mounted on an exterior wall. My flag used to wrap around the old pole and wind itself up. This one solves that problem. The key is not to stretch the flag when you adjust the clamps on the the pole. Leave some slack. Too tight, and the flag could wrap in the wind.

I have a 3x5 flag, pole is weak
With a 3x5 flag, the pole is too weak, it is already starting to bend, from the weight of the flag and gentle breeze. I do not leave my flag out at night of windy conditions. Pole definitely could be stronger.

Sturdy
My old pole finally broke after 10 yrs and an ice storm. This one seems OK but will not last year's like my previous one.

Eagle topper on flag pole
The 6' length and eagle topper are what drew me to this flag pole. A 6' pole is ideal for a 3' x 5' American flag. The flag attachment pieces provided allow the flag to freely fly around the pole without getting hung up. This pole was replacing an older 5' pole that was too short and didn't allow for the flag to fly without getting hung up, thus, I didn't need to install the mounting bracket that was provided. My four star rating is due to the five pieces that make up the actual pole. When mounting my flag to the pole, the pole pieces kept coming apart causing me to worry that they'd do so in the wind and my flag would go flying down the street. Just to be on the safe side, I applied Gorilla Glue to each of the connections.

Plastic junk
LOL,plastic and hot melt glue, you'll be lucky to get 6 months of it doesn't fold over in the wind.

It’s a basic Pole

Thin aluminum and very weak
The length is perfect, but it is not a sturdy pole.Initially they sent me the wrong pole. Return was quick and easy and received the correct product in just a couple days.However the pole is much thinner and lighter than my previous pole, even though it's about 18" longer. Just the smallest amount of wind and the pole begins to bend. I don't anticipate it lasting very long.
