Excellent 3M product
I bought this product with confidence as its 3M and it worked as expected. Tape has great elastic property which doesn't rip off that easy while applying on lengthy surfaces. Applied on concrete surface in garage and at times I see the side popping a bit, but that's not bad once you apply pressure or walk over it's good.

It’s 3M - you get what you pay for
I purchased to put around te bottom edges of a wall mounted rack. It absolutely was sticky enough but not so sticky as to be hard to handle. I was able to pull the tape up and reapply without losing final adhesion. Cutting the corner was cool and the tape did not curl or pull up in the cut corners.
