Love this product as it's a must for those persons who find themselves really sore and exhausted after intense training. I train 4 - 5 times a week in a Bodybuilding gym and find this staple invaluable. Gaspari are definitely 1 of the better supplement companies out there , I am sure you won't be disappointed and recommend this all the time.
