Me being pregnant with really bad nausea. I wake up and just put some in a bowl with water and in the microwave for 2 minutes and its done and It immediately help with my nausea and low morning blood sugar. I often eat it completely plain because I love the taste. My partner has horrible work shifts and used to never manage to eat in time before work. These oats are delicious and make a great bowl of porridge and are useful for baking with also.
