Best pillow I’ve ever had
This pillow is the best I’ve ever had. It only took a few minutes to fully inflate to shape. There was a little bit of a smell, but once it aired out it was gone. On to the actual pillow: I am a side sleeper and it’s very difficult to find a pillow that will prevent neck pain. This pillow gives so much support I fall asleep almost instantly and stay asleep throughout the night. No neck pains or stiff neck in the mornings. I work really in the morning and long hours, so a good night sleep is important.

Pillow purchased is queen sized, has been great so far. Forms to my neck and head. Best thing ever
I was having cervical and lumbar surgery and i needed proper support. This is the best thing I have ever had. I'm a leukemia survivor. I had many spinal surgeries. I wish I had this product. It helps everything stay in alignment when sleeping, resting or recovering. Bye this product its awesome.

Spurs in my neck. Herniated disk in back. This pillow is tremendously comfortable in leveling my neck , so I can sleep. It's not very cooling (I placed a pillow case on it) other than that. I would recommend.

Hasn't lost shape
It still feels like it did when I first bought it. The cover is zippered on, easy take off and machine washable. Will not shrink in dryer. Same shape and "bounce" since day 1. LOVE how it has a lower side and a higher side. I personally use the higher side and it's tall enough where I didn't need a whole other pillow to lean on. Will recommend

2nd purchase and maybe more to be ordered
update - I ordered one for my folks and they love it! Great buy.I had ordered one for myself and my bf kept trying to take it from me. I bought one for him and he loves it. I haven't had any neck issues or pain since I bought this. Its memory foam and I thought it would be hot, but it stays cool. Thinking of getting one for my dad and mom.

Not good for side sleepers!
Pros: You can adjust the height of the pillow and support easily and the memory foam feels good.Cons: You can REALLY feel either support rod if you are a side sleeper. And the "waves" along the top can also be felt; I woke up in the middle of the night because my nose was in the curve and it was a bizarre and unpleasant sensation.
