Ok but cable has small nick in it
Arrived quickly. Cable has a small slice in it but didn’t stop it working. I think I’ll see if I can swap it out for another one with no cable problem as it seems to do the job

Easy to use and good value.
Excellent for the food business. Double sided tape and stick them anywhere. Easy to read and quick temperature measurement but keep a backup in stock as they can break from mishandling. They are competitively priced and worth the money. Buy 2 just in case.

Great digital thermometer and probe.
Excellent thermometer used it to monitor bread during proving and to check if certain foods were cooked to the recommended internal temperature nice long cable from the unit to the probe

New food thermometer
Arrived promptly and so far looks to be just what it says and works great, will have to see how build quality and durability is as it gets used more, but looks to be better than our previous hinged model.
