Colourless Max Condition Hair Colour Remover

I was very nervous about using this because of the smell as I have asthma but it wasn’t that bad. I coloured my hair last week but the colour was very dark. I am very impressed with the colour it’s more like my natural colour now.

Complicated as says need to keep warm for full 60 minutes by keep lifting towel to apply heat etc and didn’t even work at all, only very slightly lightened colour but barely noticeable and did not remove colour at all

I purchased this yesterday and it arrived today thanks to Prime.I had made a terrible mistake colouring my hair. Firstly, Amazon had sent the wrong product but it was the right colour so I put it on and it turned my hair a dirty blonde. I then tried to cover it by buying another, darker colour. This was disastrous as my hair turned a horrible orange colour. I then bought another brown dye to cover it and it hardly touched it. So I have had to go to a wedding looking like Ronald Weasley's mother....awful! I looked for a solution and this product came up.It is a fairly long process, using a lot of water, so give yourself time and plenty of water. It does smell a bit - think slightly rotten eggs. But it was worth the wait and small. The orange has completely disappeared and left my hair a really nice shade of blonde - in fact - the colour I normally have it.Follow the instructions carefully as I think this is the key to success. There was far too much product for my short hair so I would imagine it would easily do up to shoulder length hair.All in all, a great success. I would thoroughly recommend this for anyone who doesn't want to look like something from Harry Potter!!

I was platinum blonde and then decided to add blue. It was the first time colouring it, and only one colour went on.because my hair was white blonde previously the blue ended up really really vibrant.Therefore instead of bleaching over it, in case it went green I decided to use this product to try and remove it as much as possible.Definitely the wrong decision. It seems to have stripped it from the root, so the root is mousy like brown, which is fine. However, the rest of the hair is still I would say. Is the same colour as before.While washing it out, and doing the different steps through the process. The health of my hair has definitely been compromised. I bleach my hair in general, so I understand that I would have had breakage. However, it's usually just the ends and can be resolved with a good trim. but the length of hair that was coming out while lathering the product was quite long, telling me that this is breaking at the root, or near the root of my hair. This is very very unusual for me and quite scary.I understand these treatments are damaging in general and if I could see a change in colour maybe I would feel a little different, but to ended up with the same colour, but maximum damage is very disappointing.

I really loved this, was easy to do and took the black right out of my hair. I could pop a colour over this gingery colour but I quite like it! There isn't really a smell to it but it has a smell, not bad at all. I Have treated my hair pretty poorly over the last year and it does feel a little straw like when you're washing it out but after a wash or two and shoving some coconut oil on it over night helped a lot 💕

Absolutely love this stuff, I tried colourb4 last time I tried to strip dark hair and it went very patchy yet this time I tried this make and it really looks great I am really happy with my current colour no need to even dye over it!The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the smell it’s very strong and even my pillow actually smells now too even when I straighten my hair I smell it, it will probably make my hair smell for a good few washes. But over than that i think it’s a really good product and just make sure you follow all the instructions properly and rinse for the right amount of time as that actually does make a difference to lightening it as well, I’m a happy customer 😊

I didn't notice much change in colour at all, I used with an hair dryer and hair covered in cling film, had a brown colour in my hair, which had previously been bleached very blonde, and this it faded to dark medium brown, and that was all, so should have seen a change at least to a very ginger orange, as I didn't have that much colour build up, had go to the shop and find another colour remover to get the results I wanted, as I was wanting to bleach my hair again, and would have gotten a result I didn't want if I'd done it after using just this product.

Don't expect miracle if you colour your hair black for long time . Try many times to remove black colour. It's good doesn't burn your hair If you read instructions .
