SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle Pro Rugged Holster Cover for 4.7-Inch Apple iPhone 6/6S, Green/Gray

I was looking for a phone case to use when I was out and about, that would offer good protection, but would allow quick access to all of my phone's features.I'm really pleased with the "Supcase" as it meets my requirements exactly. The rubber and plastic back and sides protect the edges of my phone and the built in screen protector should reduce the risk of scratches. I'm impressed by the screen protector: it was nice close fit (no apparent gap) and had no negative effect on the usability of the touch screen or its readability. The case covers the phone's volume and on/off buttons with its own raised "buttons". These worked perfectly, ie a press on the case button was transferred to the real phone button flawlessly, no extra pressure was needed. The holes for the charging cable and headphones are covered by rubber flaps that are a little fiddly to open, but I don't mind that - the flaps add to the protection provided by the case.It's a little bit fiddly to take the case apart to put it on the phone, but I'm sure I'll get better at it.I can't imagine myself using the belt clip/holster part very much. It consists of a fairly substantial slab of plastic with tabs to clip the case on and a spring-loaded belt hook on the back. For extra protection of the screen you can clip the phone (in its case) into the holster screen-inwards. I can see this as being useful if the phone is in a bag or something and you wanted to be certain that the screen was protected. I tried the clip on my belt and it wasn't comfortable, particularly when sitting down.When using this case, it's not really possible to see much at all of the beautiful design of the phone. It also adds a bit of bulk. For those reasons I don't use it all of the time, preferring instead a thinner (but much less protective) case. However, the Supcase's job is to provide a high level of protection, yet allow full access to everything the phone does. It does those things so well, with the added bonus of making the phone a lot less slippery to hold. The case may cover up some of the phone's good looks, but it will help to preserve them and gives me more confidence to use the phone in situations where I may have kept it safely tucked away in my pocket.Five stars out of five; I'd give it more if I could!

I don't normally write reviews, so something has to be particularly bad or good before it gets written about.In the past, I've always had an Otterbox Defender case for my iPhones. I was going to buy one for the iPhone 6, but it seems that there are a few issues with case - stiff buttons being one. I hunted and hunted for another case that had a built in screen protector and preferably a belt clip as well, and came across this one. There were no reviews at the time of buying so it was a bit of a shot in the dark.I have to say that I'm blown away. The case is great. It's reasonably low profile (for a case of this type). The phone fits snugly; there doesn't appear to be any room for movement. All of the buttons are easy to press, and there's decent feedback when pressing them. The ports are easy to access. There's enough room around the lightning connector to use the USB->Lightning adaptor. The screen protector feels pretty good - no problems using the edges of the toughscreen. There is a very slight 'oil slick' effect when the phone is asleep, and theres a bright light shining on the screen, but it cant be seen at all when the phone is in use. The protector has a hole for the touch-id sensor, so there are no issues with fingerprint reading. The holster is good, phone feels secure when it's in there. The clip has a stiff rotating action. I can happily go out for a jog with this clipped to my shorts and know that the phone is safe.This case was going to be a stop-gap until Otterbox released an updated version of the Defender - but I really don't think i'll bother. I'm going to stick with this instead. It might not be quite as robust as the otterbox, but I don't think I ever really needed something that strong anyway. This will do nicely!

There are a couple of reasons this didn't get five stars but I'll start with whats good. Its reasonably priced, covers the entire phone (except the touch id button) and seems quite robust. Build quality is not five stars though for the price its not bad. It comes with a clip/belt holder but the case only fits in one way so once attached you can't see the screen (I was going to adapt it to fit on the motorbike but its no good for that). Worst of all, after being caught in a rain storm where the pocket my phone was in got damp, the case let loads of water in, almost drew it in and the phone got so wet it switched off and needed drying for 48 hrs before it would work again. A case to protect against bumps and scrapes, Yes. To protect against damp or wet, No.

This case is fantastic.I was a bit sceptical about it initially as it's a relatively thin case however I gave it a go, and I'm so happy I did.First of all it looks great, I get comments on it as there are not many people with pink protective cases!Secondly I have dropped it so many times onto so many different surfaces the case and the phone are still perfect no scratches or marks and I've had this for several months now.Thirdly on two occasions my phone has been dropped into water (I have a toddler!) the phone was quickly pulled out and the case plugs around the sound switch, power hole and the headphone socket have protected the phone, a little water did get through via the front and back camera areas and the bottom speaker gap however I simply took the case of quickly and dried the phone off. So far no issues around that.The only thing I would say could be improved is the screen protector, it would be handy if there was a way of being able to replace this once it gets scratched etc as I have a few and on my screen and I don't think I can get a new screen protector without replacing the whole case.

Llevo años usándola. El teléfono se me ha caído por accidente una infinidad de veces, y no le ha pasado absolutamente nada. La protección de la carcaza es excelente, solamente cuidado cuando la mojes, ya que no es del todo repelente contra el agua.

Dopo aver rotto il vetro per 2 volte con caduta su brecciolino, l'ho adottato e da allora niente più rotture ...anche di scatole... di buona fattura anche estetica, protegge alla grande e dopo averne provate di tutti i tipi ho trovato questa ... definitiva per me

This is the second time I buy this case brand. I find them attractive, very durable, great value for the money since they come with the front screen protection built into the case, lots of colour options.The rubber closure flaps for the USB port and headphone jack are great for keeping dust and dirt out of those very sensitive ports.Overall I find them to be better quality than the Otter Box brand which I've also tried.I would say the one drawback is that the nature of the front screen protection piece - which is part of the overall case vs one of those stick on shatterproof type screen protectors you would buy separately seem to impact the overall precision and functionality/feel of the touch screen.it's just not as precise as I've experienced with different styles of screen protectors and it can get annoying at times.I still have decided to accept that and keep using the case I have

I bought this case for my wife’s newest work phone which is the IPHONE 8S. We have always used Otterboxe Defender series on our personal and work IPhones since the 3g and each new model since and never had even a slight issue through several hundred drops over the years. But on my last work cheapy Samsung tablet I purchased the Supcase Unicorn Beetle and it has served me well. The Unicorn Beetle cases are well designed, well made, fit properly, cost much less and surprisingly weight much less also. But still protects just as well, they just use a rubber that is lighter weight but just as thick as the Otterbox. I have dropped that work tablet countless times with no issues. So when her newest work phone came and she wanted me to get her an inexpensive case that still was full protection with screen protector this was an easy choice. It shipped fast was arrived new and perfect the case fits well and looks great and is also very light. The camera hole looks off center but the camera works great and no obstructions . Great Buy, we recommend it

Es muy buena ya que para una persona que busca proteger el móvil por todo los lados cumple muy bien su función lo único que lleva una pantalla “protectora” que es como un plástico y a veces pierde un poco la sensibilidad del táctil.
