Once again Amazon has come through for us!This being the largest items I have ever order from them!I was surprised to find how easy it was to put together and how much room my babies have in them! Roomier than I imagined.I inow it be frowned upon to house Ball Pythons in them, but my girls are nowhere near full grown & they were growing out of their 20 gallon tanks (modified just for them), their live plants needed room to grow too.I did modify them a bit by using the white board they used to cover the top screens during shipping. 1) I trimmed the 2 white boards to fit each screen exactly. 2) Using a medium size bowl, I placed it upside down onto the middle of each board & then cut out the circles. Not only will this give extra space for the ceramic heat emitters & it would also allow air flow. 3) I then took poster board and covered the both sides of vents. They already have air flow from above as well as from between the sliding glass. I used black duck tape to secure them. 4) placed heating matts under one side of each enclosure, making certain to have the heaters on opposite ends as not to have them directly over top of each other. The heaters are connected to thermostats. 5) having the ceramic heat emitters in place & connected to a thermostat, it was time get them up & running (about a week prior to introducing the girls to their new enclosures.
