It took a little getting used to, and I DEFINITELY recommend reading the owners manual, but I love my scooter. It might be the best ~$300 I’ve ever spent.I got this scooter to ride to work sometimes to save gas and mileage on my car. I had no idea how much I would end up using it! My car broke down, so I have been using the scooter to run errands, and even carrying groceries home on it (probably not a super safe idea, but I didn’t die).I love the pretty pretty pink color. I get a LOT of compliments on my “cool scooter.”The kick stand makes it easy to use, as well as the hook that holds it in place when folded.Overall, it is a very convenient little scooter. It is kind of heavy, though. So carrying it up to my third floor apartment is not my favorite thing. But still worth it!

I bought two chargers for my scooter, and both of them had a shortage and wouldn’t work. When I first got it, it went faster and now that I’ve used it a little bit. It’s gotten a lot slower so when I charge it, the battery runs down pretty fast after I ride for an hour or so. My biggest thing is buying all these chargers that don’t work after 2 weeks and the scooter going so slow now I haven’t even had it a whole year !!!!!!!!!!!!!!…… I have bought two already and both went out within 2 weeks the battery !!!! 34 bucks each down the drain horrible company not to mention now my scooter stop then starts red wrench light comes on and it doesn’t go the speed half what it says it horrible I haven’t even had it a year . I clean it ggod , tighten the bolts and make sure the handle bars are lined up correctly and tightened, the light at night shine to the left so I tightened that and pushed it over a little and still hard to see the street . And the bell fell off the first or second week I got it . And the police said I need a bigger reflector on it just in case it’s barley getting dark out and he still can’t see me and it’s to small . And it started moving when it wanted to but the chargers omg!!!! I can’t believe they went out that quick I’ve been so busy with work I’m just now writing the reviews but so I always keep it indoor and use it to keep the battery up and going good , and it still is so slow 8miles per hour line 3 miles per hour uphill , I’m so disappointed I haven’t even had it a year !!!!! And I don’t ride it everyday but at least once a week or sometimes more. I really likes this company and gave it a shot but they let me down even the chargers come on!!! And no I didn’t ride my scooter in the rain or rain puddles !!!! The first week the back fender cracked off when I put it in place to carry it . What a shame !! I was hoping this was the one for me but it’s failing in everything department !!!!! The pink and white one I paid 299.99 now it’s 269.00 wonder why prime my ass!! And I loved it so much at first !! It was a huge upset I cried for at least a week !! I was hoping this wouldn’t happen to me . But don’t wast your time and u have to take care of it which I did and read the manual to before I rode it !! I don’t know, I don’t think I have had it a year so I just don’t know what to do ….. horrible !! I love this company to and it a shot!!!!

This is my second purchase from Okai. They are solidly built and I highly recommend these scooters. Our daughter absolutely loves this one. Lots of power and very reliable.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the OKIA electronic scooter I purchased July 2024. After only less than three months of light use, the scooter suddenly stopped working. Given the short amount of time my daughter had been using it, I expected a much longer product lifespan, especially for an item at this price point.What has been even more frustrating is the lack of assistance from customer service team. Despite reaching out several times, I have not received a satisfactory solution or replacement. This level of support is far below what I would expect from a company like OKIA, and it has left me regretting my purchase. I strongly urge you to reconsider your approach to both product quality and customer care. I hope this message prompts someone to take action and resolve this issue, as I am currently left with a faulty product and no resolution in sight.

Like how heavy and durable is. A true electric scooter that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Daughter loves it so far.

When I ordered this scooter I was very excited, I did not realize that it was a light weigh scooter and only weighed 30lbs. Had I realized this before I would not have bought it, my first time even trying out this scooter I noticed how light it was and how my body weight could barely keep it down. I plan on returning this scooter after that because it is not safe to ride, I weigh about 130lbs and if my weight cant keep a scooter from flying out from under me I dont think its safe for kids or other adults. If you weigh 165 or maybe even more I think you might have a better chance of keeping the scooter down, but this is not safe at all. The thing feels to be constructed with like 80% plastic so I do not see why the price would be so high as well. I plan to return and buy myself a much more sturdy heavy duty scooter rather than this one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY CHILD OR ADULT. If me weighing 130 cant keep the scooter down from flying up I cant imagine what would happen if am small child used it. Overall, definitely did not meet my expectations, if they have a heavier weight / sturdier model I would try that one instead.
