- Solid Brass Lock Cylinder with 3 Brass Keys 63mm Door Lock Cylinder Replacement

As another person shared, this lock was a little longer than my old Andersen lock. Not an issue, but note that the lock sticks out a little in the front of the door and on the inside. That means I had to position the lock just right so that the screw would go in the hole, and I was able to figure that out in 30 seconds. Also, the screw that came with it was too long. However, the lock itself worked fine! I used the same screw from the old lock, which was being replaced because I had no key for it and could only locked the door from the inside. So if the lock is too long, you might still be able to use it, if you have a screw that's the right size. This was good bang for the buck. It only took a few minutes to install and all 3 keys that came with the lock worked fine.

Worked on the first try with no problems and it has big keys which i like. No more bible thumpers holding open my screen door and banging on my decorative exterior door window because the storm door is locked up tight. 5 stars just for that.

we couldn't find key to our current storm door lock. So we bought new lock. it is generic and it did fit our storm door but it does stick out of frame more that the old one but it serves it's purpose and we can now lock our glass storm door during the day and leave front door open so sun can come into the house for dog. good generic substitute and saved us from buying a brand new glass storm door.

I used this to replace a lock cylinder that was 25 years old on a new home purchase. It was relatively easy to replace and the key mechanism now works very smoothly

Faulty storm door lock mechanism. Screw that came with it too long. Had to use old one for it to be secured in place. Other than that fit well, but unable to lock door from outside. Key will not come out once in lock position. Must unlock before key will come out. Key often jams and you have to jiggle position and turn key to wiggle out. Unreliable. Not recommended. Fit was ok. Matches perfect.

This looks nice and was easy to install but not the best. The bolt gets stuck sometimes and needs to be pushed in. I only bought this for temporary use because I was going to replace my door and the lock broke before I could. It is serving its purpose for now.

Great and inexpensive considering how much the local stores wanted for same item. Some stores only had the entire door handle assembly which was very expensive. Changed both front and rear doors on house.
