I have very thick and very straight hair so it is hard to get it to do what I want. This stuff allows me to do that and holds very well.You'll have to experiment with it a bit to get it working how you want, but the way I use it is to put a blob of it in my palm (about thumbnail size) then I work it into my hands. Then I keep putting small amounts of water on my hands, from the tap, until I get a slightly moist paste in my hands, then I work it through my hair. Then I add a little more water to get more paste out and keep doing it until I'm happy. Finally I finish with a comb.The best thing about this product for me is if I am running late in the morning and don't have time to wash my hair etc. I wet a comb and run it through my hair to "reactivate" the product then use a hairdrier to set it in place. Works like a charm.

Great product! Some might see it as a little pricey for a hair product but you only need a small amount mines already coming up two months and still got plenty left.

Horrible for anything 4 inches higher from my experience. I don't know if I'm using this product wrong but damp or dry, blown dry or air dry, this stuff had zero hold on my hair. It would just flop over the place. I can't say anything about the Night Rider or the Rough Rider but the Supergoo is horrible.It might be worth going for some Hanz De Fuko instead although amazon doesn't seem to stock it. It can be found online.

Super - great for taming course hair that would otherwise be an absolute mess. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs some serious control.
