The Company that makes this tool (L.S. Starrett Co.), is based out of Athol, MA. Looks like it is a fine crafted tool that I will be passing on to my son some day. The tool itself is not stamped "Made in the USA", but is stamped with the company name and the model number. You can see the craftsmanship put into this tool. I think that you will be very happy with it.

This is the smallest of the Starrett punches. It works well on soft and thin metals as well as wood. 18c is larger and works better for harder metals and is also easier to hold.

Q: Will this work on tempered auto glass?

It will shatter tempered glass.

Q: Which center punch breaks Bullet proof

None break bullet proof glass because of how that glass is made and it thick glass hence the name “Bullet Proof”.
