Apart from the colour, these have been brilliant. My Achilles and calf in my right leg have been tightening for a while and these have really helped. Easy to use, I have balance problems so have to hold on to something when I use these, but as they are so small I can use them anywhere in the house.The grips on the bottom are good as we have wooden floors.The only problem I have had is the ring on that is on the end underneath keeps falling out of one, but it doesn't impact on the use.Definitely wear shoes when using this though, it hurts bear feet!

i bought these as i have an ongoing Achilles tendon problem........i now wouldn't be without them....i'm on my feet all day and the only time i have trouble now is first thing in the morning and after sitting down first time when i get home...i would definitely recommend them for Achilles tendon problems

I suffer from Plantar Fasciatis and have found this extremely useful. Best used with a form of footwear as the ridges can be quite uncomfortable on bare or stocking feet.

Good solid product. Bough to help me stretch my soleus after an Achilles injury. Easily holds my weight (75kg), but I only got marginally better stretch than using a thick solid block of wood.

These are good quality items. I bought them to aid in the recovery of my foot after an accident. You can feel the stretch and work as they should.
