Tyan LGA 1155 Intel C204 DDR3 ECC UDIMM ATX Server Motherboard S5512GM4NR

Firstly, the picture and product description are completely wrong. But, this is in fact the Tyan S5512GM with IPMI and four gigabit ethernet ports. The biggest problem I had was finding a power supply that was compatible. I tried two 80+ gold certified PSU's and they could not make the board boot, although they provided enough power for IPMI to function. Ultimately, I was able to get it to work with an older ThermalTake TR2 650W PSU.Now that it is up and running, it's a great board for VMware ESXi 5.1. Everything seems to work out of the box.

The image shown by amazon (two sockets for CPU) is incorrect for this model. Read and research.

I didn't use it yet, but it doesn't have two processor slots, only one, and only 4 memory slots for 32Gs.
