These lights are awesome. Ok they aren't the most powerful thing int he world but for the money they are awesome. Small, light and great performance. I use them for Photography and video shoots for clients. One thing to note when mine arrive one of the AC power chords was faulty so check them all. But I dropped them a message and they sent me out a new one within the week. great service great product.

I like these lights in terms of functionality, but whether it's quality control or build quality I have an issue. I'm not mad because I know these things can happen. Let me explain; the lights are bright and controllable. The platform is small enough for both easy storage and portability and the price point is excellent. The problem I have is with the choice of materials used in their construction. For the most part, this is good with the majority of the body being made of aluminium and the stands and brackets being full metal construction. The problem I have is with the plastic end caps on the lights. The mounting points for the lights are drilled through these end caps and they seem to be very delicate. Two of the three lights I ordered arrived with cracked and broken end caps as illustrated in the accompanying photos. This is the only thing that lets the lights down, but it is a big let down. The lights are functionally awesome, but I now have the inconvenience of having to have them exchanged. Luckily my studio is static, so once set up they will stay in place. If I intended to move them around the delicate nature of the plastic end caps would be the reason I would opt for a reluctant refund. I hope somebody from Neewer sees this as this product could be a game-changer for many beginners and pros alike. I personally wouldn't mind paying a little extra for metal end caps or retrofit parts.Additional: I have contacted Neewer customer services and I am happy to report that the experience was excellent! They are extremely responsive, fast and professional. A lot of larger bigger name companies could learn some lessons from these guys.

New to studio photography as mainly take outdoor photos. Took a great deal of time to decide what set up to buy. I have just a small area tin the house to use, so it was important that could fit any lighting kit in easily. Looked at softbox kits, but feared that they would be too big and therefore would not get used. So found this excellent kit, due to its size and ease to assemble. They arrived the next day having paid for next day delivery. They were well packaged. However I would say that having seen various youtube reviews I was bit disappointed that there was no foam inlay in the carry cases. Not a deal breaker, but would have been good to see included. Anyway a small point.They assembled very easily, the stands that came with this product were all air cushioned and extend very well. What I would say is fully extended they do wobble a bit, but not really a problem. I may need to purchase boom stand though to assist with the Hair light if I use a background stand above 7 feet as not easy to set up without the light stand being seen in the shot. On to the set up, very easy to do so and in terns if space they fitted brilliantly in place in my pop up studio. So far so good. I practice with them whilst using a white background and I have to say I was very pleased with the results so far. Plenty more fun ahead over the coming weeks and I am very confident that these will prove to be a great addition to my set up. I will add to this review as I get to enjoy them.

I'm continually surprised at the quality of these light, they are incredible. The CRI rating is unreal for what cost lest than £100 per panel, the light is true and the bi-colour feature works excellently. They aren't overly bright, and bare in mind that being bi-colour means that if you want say 5500k the 'tungsten' diodes are switched to off, meaning you'll only get 240 leds ons, this obviously effects the birghtness. But saying that it is still plenty bright enough to control the light in most scenarios. Well worth the money!!

DO NOT BUY !!! I purchased the three led lights less than 12 months ago and the side brackets on all three have split already !! used less than 10 times at most, i look after all my photoraphy gear and could sell most of my gear on as new but these are shocking DO NOT BUY !!!

The Lights were very good for their price. Bright enough. but after the third shoot, one light started flickering and I was not happy about that.

I use in photos and videos and this trio of lights certainly fits the bill. I really find very useful the simple way to adjust colour temperature and light intensity. Sometimes, I have found that only two of the three units need to be active for certain photos, but there are a lot of different parameters which determine this from experience. I would have liked batteries included, but the mains connection is perfect for the indoors. I might use them outdoors come the summer and have now ordered the batteries. Overall very good quality, robust product which can be taken with you in the supplied compact carry bags.

Great light. Gives off more light than I expected for the size, and the colour variance is really useful and effective. The cases for the lights are great, neat and easy to carry, the lights are surprisingly small and light, but the build quality is fantastic, lots of metal and solid feeling. The stands are pretty standard but will definitely do the job. Only issue is the cables are so short! I wasn't planning to use them with batteries, but might have to now, if the light is raised on the stand, the plug will just reach the floor, so need to invest in some extensions, really disappointing in an otherwise excellent product.
