Good quality, easy to assemble, looks good, rolls easily, easily to lock the wheels. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase.

I never normally write reviews, but saw that this item only had one and the one it had was a one star with no explanation as to why. I am not sure what the other purchasers experience with this item was, but mine was quite the opposite.The item was delivered quickly and was well packaged. You will need to follow the instructions closely to put it together properly, but these are well laid out in the manual and easy to follow, with all parts provided. The only tricky bit I found in putting it together, was inserting the handles right at the very end, as they are a very tight fit (likely necessary to ensure they stay in place long term). Thankfully a strong friend helped me with this and the item was completed.This item is very well designed. It folds flat without any issue. The sliding brace mechanism is smooth and really locks the surfaces in place easily. The lock mechanisms on two of the wheels work well to stop the trolley from moving, and are easy enough to lock/unlock with your foot with a small amount of practice.My main concern when buying this item is whether it would feel sturdy or flimsy, due to it being able to be folded flat for storage. Thankfully it is very sturdy, and unless you put a really heavy weight on it, I cannot imagine it struggling or buckling with use.All in all I am delighted my purchase of this item and am considering buying another one for my other clinic. The only possible issue I can foresee with it, is that over time the matt surface may get discoloured a bit, but a small can of spray paint to touch it up if needed or a sharpie pen would likely be all that was needed to fix this.

After a while and another type of trolley, I have downgraded this to 3 stars.I had a cheaper version of this which is more reliable and ended up getting a 5 shelf version - does EVERYTHING I want.I wanted an occasional mover - for shopping bags / laundry basket etc - it does some of that while complaining, rattling and frankly making me wonder if it will fall apart.The BIGGEST problem is it is self assembly.The prefab, RIVETED shelves with single uprights re more steady, even if they cannot bear more weigh than this one.The handles do not always stay put, but work fine.A MAJOR annoyance is the lack of a retaining catch when it's folded; also it does bow at the interconnections when folded - took a while to notice that.Instructions a little less that helpful, but it is fairly easy to put together.The fact it IS held together by tiny bolts means it is not really designed for long term storage.It folds for when not in use - do not use it as a fixed shelf.I bought something similar - pre assembled, probably more robust, but that is rated at 15Ks - I would not want to put more than 10 per shelf on this and only for minutes to move.Flimsy, needs care to assemble and use, quite tall folded.Good price for what it is, but disappointing.Spend roughly the same and go for the PRE ASSEMBLED versions - more sturdy if MASSIVE in their boxes.
