Love this!!!
I regularly do fitness DVD's as I can't stand going to the gym and find them to be just as effective. If you love the Davina DVD's (she is my fitness savior) then this is right up your street. I decided to purchase this one as it had good reviews, the introduction video looked good and I am a fan of Vicky too :) I'm pretty slim already, I just wanted something that would help tone, sculpt and get rid of that little bulge on my belly. I absolutely love this DVD!From week one I felt it working! I am now on week three and am definitely feeling and looking slimmer and fitter. I haven't exactly stuck to doing it everyday as I've been busy, yet I have shed weight off of my waist, arms and legs!The moves are easy to follow but get you working hard - I had a little trouble doing the walking plank on week two but after a few goes I managed to do it! As the workouts are all 10 minutes long, some may feel this is a little short for it to be effective however, 10 minutes gets me feeling pretty worn out. I have also paired this with doing 30 minutes on an exercise bike or cross trainer, which has made me loose inches off of my waist too.Overall, I have enjoyed working out to this DVD and can't wait to see the results when I get a little further! :)

There are pros and cons dependent on health & fitness levels
I like Vicky Pattison a lot and her transformation inspired me and why I purchased this DVD. Add here's the 'But'...... I did a beginner's 25 min aerobics workout yesterday, and a 45 min walking workout a few days ago and had no problems... Then I did the 10 mins Level 1 on this DVD just now. My conclusion: You need to be in good physical health first because the intensity is high and demanding on the body, even on the first level. If you have relative good health then this workout will leave you a bit knackered at first but it's not impossible to keep up with. And doing each level over a week daily - which is recommended - your fitness will increase.I now know that this was far too much for me so it will sit on the shelf until my own health and fitness increases to maybe try it again. But if your body is sound and you have no problems or limitations then it's a good one to try. I'll also add that it's motivational and if you love Vicky and want to get in shape, you should enjoy this workout DVD. But be prepared, it will make you work!

Fantastic for exercise phobes!
I am halfway though this (level 3) and I think it's one of the best workout dvds I have tried, mainly because of how short the exercises are! I have an awful level of fitness and every other workout dvd I have tried I have eventually given up on because the workouts are too long - leaving me feeling discouraged.I can already see a difference in my body - this combined with cutting down on some of the rubbish from my diet ( I am not following her diet religiously) has really made a difference to my weight and shape. The great thing is that because its only 10 minutes, the minute you get exhausted and want to give up on my exercise it's over and you're on to something else. I started doing the 10 minutes a day and now try to do two but if I'm tired I just do ten minutes and still feel reassured I have exercised. I do it just before I go to bed I do this, jump in the shower and the time flies by.Even Jillian Michaels (which is an amazing DVD content wise) just wasn't sustainable for me after a few weeks because of a) how unfit I am and b) how busy my life is and I ended up giving up on it. This gives you a sweaty workout in 10 mins and you'll be amazed how quickly you feel ready to move on to level two and how easy the exercises become making you want to move up levels!If you have a great level of fitness I wouldn't say this is particularly groundbreaking - you can still do 3 workouts back to back but the selling point of this is that it gives really unfit people(me!) a start to exercise without in any way discouraging them.**update I finished Vicky's DVD and still use it interspersed with other workout DVDs - my fitness levels are better now and this DVD is part of the reason why - it started me off slow, and I was able to work up to the much better level of fitness that I'm at now. It was the first step for me in a general, fitter lifestyle! Twas the first step on the staircase :)**

Intense and great workout
I have never brought a fitness DVD before, but after loosing a couple of stone on a diet last year, i wanted to continue my weightloss, but also add exercise into my day.. As i do not have time to get to a gym, and i find it hard to get the motivation to do a long work out, i thought i would try this dvd, along with a few of my friendsI have been doing it for 5 days now, and I really can feel it working all over, but especially in my thighs and arms!!!The 10 minutes does go quickly, but when finished you can definatley tell you have done an intense workout and because of it only being 10 minutes, it easily fits it any day.I really do find it hilarious that people seem to give this DVD a low rating on the basis they do not like the look of Vicky, calling her a criminal etc, when they have not even tried this DVD...Who really cares where the money goes when you buy it, the important thing is it does work, you feel healthier and better after a few days and it does not cost as much as some of the other DVD's out there...who really cares where money goes when you are helping yourself become a fitter and healthier person?!

Tolle DVD
Das Training ist wirklich gut! :) ich kann diese DVD sehr empfehlen :). Ich absolviere die workout täglich & muss sagen, dass ich wirklich schon eine kleine Veränderung bemerkt habe :)

habs noch nicht probiert aber mal angesehen. ich liebe geordie shore und finde es super dass sich vicky so toll verändert hat.
