I was very happy to find this product because all others didn't work for me and my goals. This product does. The issue is that the usage is too complicated and time-consuming.1) Hard to figure out how and where to place your hair, especially when you look in the mirror.2) Turning ON and setting the temperature is the same button. It is located just one inch from the curling buttons. So, when you finally figure out where to place the slice of your hair and happily press the curling right/left button, you accidentally press the ON button, which turns the device off. With time, I adjusted to turn it back on blindly, but it is still very annoying since happens with every other curl-making press.3) The device beeps with every move. It beeps when it is turned on, when it reaches a certain heat level, after a certain time of holding, or when you accidentally press the on/off button, etc. It literally drives me nuts! I don't see any need for that or a reasonable explanation for that endless annoying beeping.Over the month, I wanted to return it every time I used it. However, after all those struggles, I liked the well-deserved hard-working outcome, so I am still keeping it.I hope the manufacturer will make some changes based on customers' feedback.

There is definitely a learning curve to this, but once I figured it out, I was thrilled with the results. I get compliments all the time on how great my hair looks, and I have recommended it to everyone who has asked (and many who haven't!). Unfortunately, the power button started glitching after about 3 months of use (I had to roll my finger around the button to get a connection and have it turn on) and now after 4 months it won't turn on at all, even when I plug it in. Threw out the packaging after 2 months, figuring it was good to go, and now can't find info to contact the company for warranty info.

I purchased this for my 13 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She had seen it and wanted to try it. She has long, medium-thickness hair. It is easy for her to do both sides but needs a little help with the back if she wants it to look perfect. It is fairly easy to use, once you get the hang of it, and it leaves beautiful curls.

I bought this after watching a lot of videos of people using something similar. When I got it I tried it with a big chunk of long hair, like I had seen in the videos. It got all tangled up immediately and ripped some hair right out. So I tried in a different spot with much less hair, slowly feeding it in, and it still got tangled and ripped out more hair. I rewatched the videos and tried again...same result. Maybe it's the device, maybe it's my hair, but I'm not impressed with the product at all.

I saw a lot of people use these on TikTok so I got it. I would highly recommend watching a YouTube video on how to use it and once you get the hang of it. it is so much easier than trying to hand curl your hair

First & foremost- I have NEVER been one to curl my hair. Ever. It’s naturally wavy, but I’ve always wanted to learn how to curl! I’ve tried curling irons & could never successfully use one without burning myself at least once in the process just for me to leave it on for too long in a few spots & it be crimped. Crimping in one spot just ruins the whole hairdo & is discouraging. Anyway, with absolutely no prior experience with this I bought it hoping it would be easy to use & work properly for my meeting. When being with that many people, you wanna look better than usual. With high hopes I used it & I HAVE ZERO REGRETS! This is the best my hair has looked without being left along or straightened in a very long time. It took me 22 minutes to do my whole head (I have thick hair) & I was done! Just spray & go! I’ll never be without one of these. Definitely one of my most favorite hair care products I’ve ever bought. So with all that being said…STOP THINKING & JUST BUY THE CURLER!

I don’t write reviews unless I am extremely impressed, or disappointed.. I am IMPRESSED. I am always skeptical of buying hair tools that aren’t straighteners because I have a MISERABLE time trying to curl my hair.. so when I received this it was like an alien device but those pictures are my FIRST try with absolutely no product, and about three days out from my wash day! This was so easy to use once I got the hang of it, it has an automatic stop if it feels your hair getting too tight (tangled), and heats up super fast, it only took me about 40 minutes to curl my whole head.. on my first try, talk about a miracle! I can’t even blow dry my hair in 40 minutes lol! My only advice would be to make sure your hair is completely brushed and comb through your sections before you curl them! The smaller sections the better if you have thick and or long hair!
