Does it work on an induction hob as claimed by KitchenCraft or not?

Hi the answer to your qusetion,yes the preserving pan works well on hobs as i have an induction hob.

Under description you have as suitable for induction hobs but under manufacturers description it says suitable for all heat sourses except induction

Check the description - it looks as if it has been altered and will be OK with an induction hob.

Can this be used on any hobs?

It works beautifully on my induction hob, and i’m Sure it would be as good on gas or electric. Useful bit of kit.

What is the base diameter of the 9L pan please?
