DO NOT BUY!!! There is no usual easy return option. Don't give in to this and contact Amazon directly for a refund. I contacted them today. ‘The Consumer Rights Act 2015’ states that the Product Quality should be of ‘Satisfactory Quality’, ‘Fit for purpose’ and 'As described'. This product when you receive it, will fail on all of these counts. The equipment (Hair Dye brushes and Bowls were damaged (bent) or if yours hasn't it will easily damage/crack/break in the near future. All items (Bowl, Brushes and Ear Protectors were not of ‘Satisfactory Quality’ and ‘Fit for Purpose’. Those ear protectors will never stay on your ears or keep the dye off the outside of your ears. The brushes were bent and flimsy, you get better tinting brushes that come with hair dye products.... And finally, the items are not ‘As Described’ due to the fact that these are advertised as high quality, durable etc…, so generally this product is not fit for purpose of satisfactory quality or as described.

A little dish and a load of brushes.I haven’t used them as I don’t really know what I would use them for, but I’m pretty sure my wife does, and my wife has.I haven’t heard her swearing about them or seen them thrown into the bin so I presume she still has them and they work ok for whatever it is you need them to do.

This product made dying my hair myself SO much easier and far more efficient. My hair is quite long and by using the bottles they come with I usually need to use two packs of hair dye to fully cover my hair. However with this kit, I only needed to use one pack. The brushes also made it so much easier to work the hair dye product into my hair rather than using my fingers solely.Great value for money.The only thing that I am disappointed in, is that two of the brushes were delivered with bent bristles (as pictured). I'm hoping I can shape them back, but I was still able to work with them to dye my hair myself.

Rubbish! I brought this kit as needed something quick and cheap. But it wasn’t usable for the reason stated above. The bristles in the brushes upon arrival were crooked, uneven and were falling apart before I had even began. Learn from my mistake.

Absolutely shocking quality! I guess I should have really read the reviews first. The brushes are... ok, the bowl however.... you could get enough hair dye in that thing to possibly dye Barbie’s hair! It’s so small and flimsy, you get what you pay for I suppose. Awful product.

They say you get what you pay for and you certainly do with this set. Its cheap and nasty and the mixing bowl is not fit for purpose. It resembles something you would find in a dolls house. Save your money and spend a pound or two more and get something decent.

Bowl arrived broken. Items are of really poor quality. No way of contacting seller. Waste of money!!

I haven't dyed my hair for a very long time so I didn't want to spend too much on the kit, especially as I'm not very good at stuff like this so I may not do it ever again! The quality is pretty rubbish but it's as expected considering the price. I had to come back and read the (unintentionally hilarious) blurb to work out what the ear caps were - I can't imagine they will fit on many adults' ears & I very much doubt they will fit on mine!
