I found the straps a nightmare to adjust and not enough support for when the dog is sitting . I had to keep holding the bottom of it

I was initially really pleased with this item, however after 2.5 weeks on of the plastic clips broke. I contacted Amazon who put me in touch with the supplier. They have refused refund/exchange and said it is for Amazon to sort out. I WOULD NOW NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM!I have a 8 week 3.5 kilo (now over 4 kg) Working Cocker Spaniel, this is an excellent carrier the zip opener is really good; the retaining strap for the collar essential. I find it really comfortable although tightened right up can restrict your breathing a little bit (I have a 46” chest). Practice in putting it on is essential. Then practice putting the pup in and out a few times (standing over something soft just incase). My pup launched himself out whilst getting him once out I was stood over soft grass so was really lucky (my fault completely). So I would advise standing over something soft (grass/settee) until you both get used to it. I would definitely recommend this for puppies, I have the Large, I am sure this would be great for small dogs as well. My pup really enjoys walking with this(he winged at first), watching our other dog walk and socialising with other walkers. It is really durable, worth the price, I walk 8 miles a day with it, a really great piece of equipment.

I bought the small bag for our Chihuahua and it was too small. I’d rather order the medium size for a small dog. It’s not very sturdy, but might be good to carry in the front instead of the back, so that you can hold it a bit at the bottom to give it a bit of support.

As he's only a little dog and we tend to go to a lot of outdoor events I wanted an easy way of carrying him if things get busy and this looked perfect for our needs.I got a medium size and it looks like its going to be perfect for our King Schnauzer. He's still got a bit of growing to do but there's plenty of room in the backpack. The Backpack itself seems well made, I noticed a review where a strap had come loose, but can only assume this was a manufacturing defect as I'd tugged on all of the straps / stitching and it seems very solid. There's a PVC coated base in the backpack to provide a stable footing for your pet. The bag is made from a durable nylon mesh which allows plenty of ventilation for your pet, there is a drawstring around the head hole to ensure your pet doesn't jump out. The design of the shoulder straps ensure a good and comfortable fit when being worn, and there's a waist belt for added stability There are also some very handy pouches for any accessories your pets might require. I think these are a great idea as it leaves your hands completely free.I'm really looking forward to using this bag with my Pup, yes you might look a little daft but your pet's will be carried in style :)

This would have been ideal if it had of been larger. My 10wk old puppy couldn't fit in it.

I bought one of these 4 years ago for my chi chi and bought another for my larger chi chi but quality declined severely however I shall keep as I couldn’t find anything else in the market that is suitable !

I needed this bag for my Pom pup and knew that it would be the perfect size. I was very grateful to this supplier for shipping it after being let down by another. It’s a great bag, it fits my puppy perfectly and when she gets tired I pop her in while my bigger dogs keep going. She can still see what’s going on but is secure and protected from the wind and rain. Communication was excellent.
