GERMANUS Veter Cigar Humidor Cabinet with Digital Hygrometer and Humidifier

As a cigar smoker for the last 15 years I was looking for extra capacity for medium term storage of a bulk purchase of cigars (about 800 mixed sizes). In terms of capacity these humidors are about half the price of similar humidors from most other manufacturers that I found online. So far they have reached a good stable Relative Humidity which is all the cigars need. I would have preferred a glass front rather than the plastic material used but in terms of function and value for money these humidors (I bought two) seem fine. The hygrometers supplied seem pretty accurate when checked against my own calibrated hygrometer. The humidifiers supplied seem perfectly adequate. No need to chuck in bags of Boveda.

Must admit - I thought I had ordered the 5 drawer version so was a bit bemused when this one rocked up.Easy to set up - the supplied humidifiers are a bit too effective so have dropped three of the seven provided - but not really a complaint!Build quality is brilliant and the digital display is spot on in terms of calibration out of the box.Cannot fault.

needs to be well seasoned. Instructions are simple. The cigar box humidor ,all 7 might need a bit of help .I keep large ring gauge cigars and this might be the reason. Also the humidor is fresh and 6 months might help. things.

I think this is a lovely and extremely practical humidor im not sure if the main chassis is ceder or mdf. I think the areas on show are ceder and the rest Is mdf which is fine as that gives good humidity control also. Is it Worth £200. Hhhmmmmm. It does the job considering I have £10,000 of cigars in it so for mange yes its worth it
