Q: Can a rabbit eat out of it? It looks kinda high.

I used it for my Flemish Giant as a water dish - worked best for that. I would suggest the lettuce/cabbage shaped one for pellets or greens.

Q: Would this work as a hay bowl for my 2 guinea pigs?

Guinea pigs shouldn’t have a hay bowl they need to beable to lay in hay and dig

Q: Does this bowl have to be used for small animals? I have a friend who is a farmer and I thought it would be a fun gift for her.

It's pretty small for large farm animals, too small for a pig snout or horse muzzle. But I got one for my rabbit, who came from a farm. So if your friend has a hutch of rabbits or other small animals, it's still a really sweet gift.

Q: How easy would this be for a holland lop to knock over? If I were to, say, put water in it, how much of a messy disaster would I be in for?

I would say pretty easy to knock over. I put veggies in this for my guinea pigs and they either knock it over or jump inside it. I think water would be very messy! Haha. Hope that helps!
