Unisex's No Logo Regular Lighter, Candy apple red

My review of the Zippo 21063 Windpoof Lighter. I have always wanted to own a zippo and when I found this on amazon I couldn't resist just buying it. Zippo is well known for its excellent products, for reliability and durability. Zippo has a lifetime guarantee with all of its products so if the lighter breaks at any stage when I own it I can simply send it to Zippo to be repaired for free which gives me the peace of mind that I will have this lighter for many years to come! (as long as I don't lose it). I opted for the Candy red colour for which I can say it is stunning. I am absolutely in love with this lighter and it doesn't let me down. It has the signature click sound which I don't think I will ever grow tired of. It is easy to fill up with lighter fluid and the recommended lighter fluid is Zippo's own brand of lighter fluid. I can go substantial periods of time without having to refill this lighter. There isn't much more to say about this lighter other than the fact that if you are considering buying a quality lighter to last you for a lifetime, look no further as this will not disappoint.

I'm not a fan of the lighters with pictures and stuff printed on them (understated, simplistic yet funky and individual is my style), so this suits me perfectly, I was intending on getting the orange matte or the spectrum one... but when I saw this I though "awesome'. It's really nice, shiny (we loooove the shine)and has a nice subtle scratching effect UNDER the red paint (so it doesn't actually look worn). I use it for fiddling and enjoying fire, I don't smoke but I'm a bit of a pyro. I keep it in my overcoat's pocket and just open and close it when I'm going places, I do need to find something else to fiddle with during lessons though, it is quite loud.

Firstly I am very pleased with this product, it has a shine to it, seems very well finished. The product picture makes it looks rather 'dated' but in the flesh (Or Metal) it isn't so. With the glossy finish it is a bit of a fingerprint magnet, nothing too noticable though. I'm not sure if it depends on the seller, but mine did come with a wick and flint, this was helpfully already installed so was pretty much ready 'Out of the box' all that is needed with this lighter is the fuel. Overall it is very nice. The insert (Lighter itself) and casing have two different dates on them, meaning they were made at different times, not a problem for most, but worth mentioning for any collecters this may concern. The casing says: A 12, which means it was made in January 2012 (The months are alphabetical A = Jan, B = Feb, ect) the lighter says L 11 Meaning it was made in Dec 2011. Overall, recieved with everything it said it would have, pre-installed, sturdy, and quick delievery (Two-three days from purchase because I perchased it late in the evening) Very good. (I only gave it four stars because for five it has to blow my mind, come with a lazer or something)

Never had a Zippo before but I am glad that I do now. The satisfaction you get for opening and hearing that click sound is glorious. It fill's quite easy and light easy too. Works welling the wind for lighting. The colour is real well done, between the gloss finish and that candy Apple red colour will make owning one an enjoyable experience. Just as a tip, if you are not going to be using this for a few day or week you may find that the petrol onsite might evaporat and need refilling.

Looks great and love it but sadly mine came with a dint/ding on the top which is a little disappointing.

Zippo en laiton chromé avec finition " Street " recouvert d’une couche translucide très résistante rappelant par sa couleur et sa texture les confiseries " Pomme d’amour " que l’on trouve surtout dans les fêtes foraines. Souvenirs d’enfance… Belle qualité de fabrication et c’est un Zippo donc il est pratiquement indestructible. Livré dans sa boîte standard de présentation Zippo avec documentation en plusieurs langues dont le français et fabriqué à Bradford, Pennsylvanie - USA en juillet 2016. Marquage " G 16 " sous le briquet et " H 16 " ( Août 2016 ) sur l'insert essence. Référence Zippo : " 21063 CANDY APPLE RED MT ". Poids 58 grammes. Garanti à vie. Pensez à acheter de l'essence à briquets et un jeu de pierres à briquets. Les Zippo ne sont jamais livrés remplis d'essence pour des raisons de sécurité. Petit conseil : Si vous souhaitez réduire l'évaporation de l'essence qui se produit inévitablement dans tout briquet à essence, vous pouvez découper une pièce de cuir très fine à la dimension du fond de l'insert. Vous gagnerez en étanchéité. ;) Evitez du caoutchouc ou du plastique car cela se dissoudrait avec l’essence.

The item shipped is definitely not an original Zippo lighter. It doesn't even close properly, and is a third class product. Beware of the seller, the quality of the product looks like a 100 rupee item that he imported from China, which doesn't work, but charges 2000/- for it.
