Once opened it doesn't last a huge amount of time, but when its very fresh it is the best walnut oil money can buy, IMO, and I've tried a few. Its cold pressed, so don't working you wont be consuming those horrible solvents they use to extract so many of the cheaper oils around. If you're a person that feels the cold a lot, I reckon you are probably pretty low on Essential Fatty Acids, as I was. EFAs are stored in bone marrow.
