It’s great until it is used for at least a week
The media could not be loaded. It was amazing this was my second Balisong trainer this one became lose after 2 days and has got worse since and cannot be tightened because it has no screws just pins and this balisong trainer has no bearings that’s to be expected as it is so cheap I recommend to get something at bit more expensive as this will be a waste of money after a day or two.
