Excellent, versatile training tool at a very reasonable price
The media could not be loaded. I train regularly to try to keep fit despite the perils of a desk job and long commute so I was delighted to accept the offer from Kylin Sport to test and provide an unbiased review of their set of four resistance bands. The single-cut, self-shot and very amateur video attached was taken last Friday after the weekly circuit session I organise in my workplace (shown). I wanted to play around with the bands on-screen for you to get the idea that their uses are only limited by your imagination and personal fitness level. Sorry that I didn’t frame it all very well but you should get the idea. The main take-home message is that these bands are extremely versatile and that with a selection of four you can combine them in novel ways to further extend the range of exercises you can accomplish with them. The bands are of high quality and seem very robust. Each offers a different resistance and, unlike weights, the force increases with the extension so you get a very different work-profile on something like a squat-and-shoulder-press than you will with a weighted bar or dumbbells. (In the video I tried these to great success with the black band). I have also rigged the bands very effectively to provide some assistance in wide-arm pull ups and I am looking forward using them with my training partners to vary and extend our workouts. As I train in a general purpose room without a reinforced floor (seen in the video), it is great to have something so light that cannot damage the floor if dropped. Of course, you need to take some care to avoid being hit by a recoiling band under tension but there are risks with all sports and training methods. These are some of the safest pieces of equipment to reach the higher loads that I have encountered in the home-gym / lower-budget end of the training and fitness market. The light weight and low bulk make it them an excellent travel companion for those who need to maintain their exercise habits away from home.I have already received great feedback from my training partners about these bands and we are seriously considering clubbing together to buy more. Very highly recommended. For info, the video was shot using an Olympus SH-1 which I have also reviewed; music supplied by Nick @ Interchill Records (an example of his compilation style : Devil in the Detail .

Bands are the multigym that fits in a biscuit tin
I purchased this Orange Kylin heavy band to complete my existing set ranging from red to blue. Combined with a door anchor (sold seperately) they have proven invaluable during the lockdown, and with good technique, and access to youtube for exercise ideas, my workouts have been as intense and effective as in my gym. This heavy band is a real challenge for squats and deadlifts, as the progressive elastic tension makes the movements very challenging indeed. In fact, my bands have proven so effective that even though gyms reopen within the week of writing this review, I have suspended my membership , as I feel no need to take that extra risk, due to the quality of workout I can have in total safety at home.Highly recommended equipment for experienced lifters with good knowledge to apply to their use.

Good for Professional and Amateurs Alike
Today I was at a Premier League football match and saw Arsenal substitute Alex Oxlaid Chamberlain warming up along the touchline and using resistance bands to take him through his exercise regime before going onto the pitch. That illustrates just how important this fitness aid has become. I was sent a sample of these Kylin Sports Bands to try and chose the green for 50 to 125 pounds. They are colourful and very durable and a perfect addition to my current exercise regime, so that I can try out some new exercises as part of my get fit and lose weight aims. They are also easy to use. So there is no reason not to take the plunge.

Easy and Perfect for building strength to go unassisted
Unfortunately I can't do 1 wide grip pull up unassisted, so I bought these from green to black.... I'm currently on the black band. Once I can do 10 reps 3 sets without much strain I'll buy the red if I still can't do one unassisted. These though are great way to build up your back and arm muscles while keeping proper form and doing the full range of motions for a pull up. They are also good for stretching and I'm starting to get into other resistance band exercises, so not only good for pull ups, there are a few tutorials on the web showing how you can put these bands to other uses.

Very effective!
Incredibly strong resistance in various increments to assist a pull up or chin up, can now do 5 where before I could do none. Excellent product and was this brand of item was specifically recommend by a gym going friend who regularly uses them. The resistance can be used as a portable workout too. This resistance is key to calisthenics to avoid putting too much stress on your shoulders when working out, it allows the muscles to walk before it can run, and build over time.

These sports bands are great and have revolutionised the way that I exercise
These sports bands are great and have revolutionised the way that I exercise. Now that we have a baby, life has changed dramatically and I therefore have no time to go to the gym. However due to the light weight nature of these bands, I can take them anywhere and complete a short work out before/after work or even at home. They are great for using muscles not trained by the regular gym machines and I'm definitely converted. The only drawback I'd say is that they are a little overpriced for what they are.
