Excellent product and service
These filters arrived so quickly - so really impressed with that. The filters themselves seem absolutely fine in relation to the original branded filter we had and they fitted into place without any complications. The filtering itself seems fine but I'm not the best person to judge the taste of water - but it's better than the tap water. So why spend so much for the branded versions when you can get these? Great value for money, excellent delivery speed for standard delivery and great customer service through email correspondence. Can't rate this more highly.

There are only two different types of water filters for a Fisher Paykel fridge. The old one just pops off and the new pushes on. Easy

Good product and cheaper than original product
Prompt delivery and much cheaper than original filter. There appears to be no difference to the original. Will buy again.

Easy and Perfect Fit
Perfectly fitted my Fisher and Paykel Goliath fridge freezer. Came out tasting of fresh filtered water, with an improved flow compared to my somewhat overused one.Extremely easy to fit, just twist the old one off anticlockwise, you may get a drip, I didn't, peel off the protective foil from the new one and twist in clockwise. Then pour out 3 litres through the fridge to rinse the filter and flush out any trapped air. Reset the filter change light, mine you hold in temp warmer and alarm mute buttons for 4 seconds, jobs a gooden.

Quality of product
Product is good, have been using thiese filters for 3 years. Unfortunately each year the price goes up.

Does what it says on the tin!!
Great value for money, simple to install and sorted out my issue with the ice maker not working! All good and will defo be buying again in six months at recommended change filter time.

Not entirely like 836848. Cartridge is bigger
Advertised as compatible however have a bigger diameter than the original part I don’t know if they will fit. If not a waste of money
