Great HIIT DVD. (and I'm a beginner to HIIT)
I've only done 3 of these 10 minute workouts on here (x2 of the Legs/bum one because I love it and x1 of the Abs workout) so far, and it's Great!Don't get me wrong, it's Hard... especially if your not used to workouts like this (like me I've never done HIIT before) but after just One Legs/Bum workout to see how it worked .... I felt it the next day! The instructor is Very motivational and she does All of it with you, there's none of the fake silly noises like you usually get on workout dvd's. She shows you how to do each thing, and how to moderate it (e.g if you can't manage the jump after the squat, leave out the jump) and you can see that she's working hard too.Most instructors don't even seem to sweat or get out of breath, but with this one, you can relate and tell that it's working, and even though she is fit and healthy, and is obviously very practiced at it, the workout is hard, as she is just as out of breath as you'd expect because she's actually doing the workout to it's full extent. (I guess what I'm trying to say is that, there's no fakery and you know you will get the results if you try).It's a very fun workout too!What I recommend is that you watch the whole dvd before doing any of it, that's what I always do so I know what to expect when I come to doing it.This is the best 10 minute solutions dvd I have and I have a few, it's hard but very fun and will get easier with time and patience. You always know with these dvd's that You can do it at your own pace too, just make sure you go back for more, it's worth it! :)Great price and I would definitely recommend.

High 5....Bam
This is how the trainer ends most segments and I always high 5 back because she has worked me hard.I am fairly fit, have lots of DVDs but I am always on the look out for something else that will spike my work out routine. This DVD is fantastic. I was dripping in sweat after the first 10 minute segment. If you are not sweating, then either you are as fit as Jessica Ennis or you are not pushing yourself. I firmly believe you get out what you are prepared to put in.There are 5 segments to the routine and my favourite is the plyometric segment. I love the donkey kick back and jump tuck. If exercises like that do raise your heart beat, then nothing will because in my opinion, you cannot be working out with any effort at all.Watch out for the the surrenders with jump in the first segment - ouch!The great thing about this DVD is that you do not need lots of space or any props. Just yourself, a willingness to push yourself to the limit and a bottle of water as you will need it. The trainer shows easier options for some of the exercises but I would say that you do need to have some level of fitness to complete the whole workout. Also, the warm up for each section is minimal so I tend to do my own stretching before hand plus afterwards to make sure I do not seize up.I really like the trainer as she aimable, encouraging and does the exercises with you. She is so fit and inspiring. I want her physique and if I keep working out like this, I will get it!

Great for those who struggle to fit in exercise around their busy schedules.
My wife says: being able to feel like I've done a proper workout in just 10 mins is excellent. I can build this into my daily routine with ease. It is easy to follow, and I like the way you can create your own workout by combining the 10 minute bursts. My one comment would be that there are quite a lot of exercises that are in the press-up plank position, so it is quite hard on the wrists and hands, which I struggle with. If you don't have a problem with this, though, it's an excellent DVD and I would highly recommend for those who struggle to fit in exercise around their busy lifestyles.

Such an awesome DVD. If you are short of time and want to achieve great results by giving it your all, this is a great DVD to use.The 5 x 10 min workouts are all challenging and will get you sweating by the 2-3rd minute. They target different areas which makes them perfect fit mixing and matching.Doing even only 10 mins is a good workout in itself, but I aim to do two in a row for an amazing, I-spent-can't-catch-my-breath feeling. The instructor is very likeable and encouraging. Even when I feel like I've got nothing left to give, she seems to give me an extra whoompf and gets me to push this bit harder.I love the premise of this HIIT DVD- working really hard for 20 secs and resting for 10 secs. Every 10 min section has 8 exercises repeated twice with a very short warm up and cool down. Indeed this DVD offers one of the hardest versions of HIIT, but is not undoable, unless you are really unfit. The instructor offers easier versions of some of the exercises which helps. I like that the exercises are of a good variety and overall less taxing on my dodgy knees than other forms of exercise.Main positive is, this DVD has got me out of breath and sweating in no time, and given me a good muscle ache the day after I've done it. If you want to get fit quickly, are short of time and want an effective workout, this DVD can be a great help in achieving your goals. I'm addicted!

Great for quick weight loss results!
I have a few of these 10 minute work out dvds and this one is by far my favourite one. The results I'm seeing have been amazing. I'm doing between 10 and 20 minutes a day 5 days a week and I have been losing between 1 and 3 lbs a week! Which is amazing results for me. I've been using this to help shift the baby weight after having my third child and I'm now down to 9st10lbs with a bmi of 23.1It is hard to do and up to date I haven't been able to do more then 3 segments in a row (which is 30 minutes) but it's well worth it. Be prepared to sweat buckets with it, even just with 10 minutes. The 10 minute segments actually go by so quickly which is great.All in all I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to sweat the pounds off and get fast results. The moves are mostly easy to follow. Especially after doing then several times.

Great workouts
This is an amazing set of exercises. I work out 4-5 times per week and I worked up quite a sweat in just one 10 min workout. Highly recommend. Love this. Effective and not time consuming

My new favorite from 10 Minute Solution!
This DVD will make you work - it is hard! I love 10 Minute Solution DVD's, and this one is no exception.In each 10 Min segment, there is a short warm-up, 8 different exercises, and a short cool down. You do each exercise 2x, for 20 secs, with a 10 sec recovery in between - think tabata. You don't need any weights or bands, just your body weight.One of the things I really liked about this DVD is the instructor gives a modification for almost every exercise. There were just a few somewhere in the middle where I noticed that she didn't. She usually showed you the advanced exercise, then showed the modification, then went back to the advanced. I thought that was very good, because a couple of times, I thought, "I can't do that!" Right at that moment, she showed a modification. That helped keep me going. I think the more you do the DVD, the better you will know the exercises and their modifications, so you won't lose that couple of secs thinking, "Yikes!" Also, there were a lot of exercises that I wasn't familiar with. I haven't done a lot of HIIT, though, so they might be pretty common if you're used to doing this kind of exercise. (My background is gym classes, strength training, 10 Minute Solution, The Firm Express, Lindsay Brin's Post Natal Boot Camp, Turbo Jam, and running) But as a HIIT newbie, it seemed like a lot more variety than I'm used to. There were a lot of plank-based moves - push-ups, walking planks, one-legged burpees (except for me - I did the regular burpee lol). This was nice because I think a lot of my other DVDs don't do planks enough. Sometimes I have to move around my living room some to find a good place for side to side work, but I've never had to face away from the TV before.I like the production of the 10 Minute Solution DVDs. She is on a big mat, and the background is home/gym like. Very neat. 10 Min Solution updated their menu for this DVD as well.One small thing that irked me was that at the end of each 10 minute segment, she gives an air-high-5. I didn't really like that, but it's one of those things you learn to look over if you like the rest of the workout. I try to use the time in between each segment to get a drink of water, so I'm not always looking when she does it anyway. Another thing I noticed is that I needed to use more space than I'm used to using in my living for this DVD. Sometimes I had to turn sideways instead of facing the TV.

Region 1 DVD, not for Europe.
I didn't notice when I ordered that the DVD was for Region 1, and I didn't notice until I'd unpacked it and put it in the DVD player, so buyers beware! The workouts themselves look fine, but as my Macbook will only let me change between regions a couple more times, I am not going to get much use from this DVD.

10分のhiitワークアウトが5つ含まれています。腹筋、上半身、 下半身 、プライオ、 101です。一通り全部やる事もできますし、いくつか選んでセットして自分の好きな組み合わせでプレイする事もできます。同じ動きを二回、20秒行って10秒休む、次の動きをまた二回、とやっていきます。これが簡単そうでなかなかハード息切れします。ジャンプが多いので一軒家でないと階下から苦情が来る事間違いなしです。このDVDのいいところは同じ動きを何度も繰り返さないところ、腕立て20秒やって10秒やすんでを二回続けたら次の動きにさっさと移行するので退屈しません。運動強度は中級だと思います。すでにinsanityなどのハードトレーニングやbreathless body by amy dixonなどのハードなhiitDVDに慣れている方には物足りなく感じるかもしれません。hiitって最近よく聞くけどどんなもんだか試してみたいけど不安、という方にはまず入門として調度いいものだと思います。日本のVCRでは再生できません。
