Does this edition include the meaning of life expansion?

The base game does not include Meaning of Life expansion. If you're interested in the Meaning of Life expansion (along with Dinolings, Mythlings, Techlings, and Multi-color) you will want to get the Deluxe Bundle.

Other than the holofoil, Are all the cards the same in each box?

Correct. While there are no duplicates or fillers within each game of Doomlings, the Classic game contains 1 mystery collectible holofoil. If you're looking for more mystery holofoils, we recommend the Deluxe Bundle (which contains 3), the Overlush Mystery Expansion (which contains 4), or the Overlush Gold Pack (which contains 7).
