Ive been on this for the lat 3 months. I started taking them when i was in my 9th month of pregnancy. It helped me a lot. I found a difference within a weeks time of starting on it. I used to have regular sciatica pain and would find it extremely difficult to get out of bed or do a lot of ork due to back ache. But now it isnt the same. I can move around freely without back ache and even after delivery i did not have a lot of the post preg aches and pains... definitly would recommend this product

Arrived very quickly without hassle. Excellent caps but too big to swallow so I take with juice. Could do with being a little cheaper.

This has just arrived have taken first two without any problem swallowing. I intend to take this long term.Have very critical level of osteoporosis and the drugs offered do not agree with me. I’ll give 5 stars in theOptimistic belief they will help me.

I am taking this supplement for osteoporosis and hope that it is helping with calcium intake.. All I can say at this point is that it is easy to, take (with yogurt) and has no adverse effects as far as I can tell. Only my next bone scan will show how well it's working in combination with a well balanced diet.

I have been buying this for my mum for a couple of years now as it helps with her arthritis but weirdly enough, also helps with her depression. She feels uplifted taking this.
