First time user of these bags, I am delighted no mess fairly easy to use. turkey was moist and succulent.I did my usual 'vegetable trivet' lots if root veg and aromatic herbs in the bag placing the turkey on top. pop a couple of small slits in the bag. no mess in the oven. Just rip the bag to remove the turkey. mine was nice and golden brown didn't need to baste. trouble free. Yes as mentioned by previous reviewer the bag need careful handling but I managed first time and there are 3 in the pack, so you have backup

im not a huge fan of turkey as I always think its too dry. I was told about these bags and how they keep the meat lovely and moist and I wasn't disappointed. The bags are big enough to fit a full turkey easily and a quite strong so they don’t just tear and leak out all the juices. I dont think i would roast a turkey without this now as it just tasted so much better than the turkey i have had in the past. I can see from other reviewers that other meats have also been used - so I am excited to try it with other roasts. Would recommend - you wont be disappointed.

In fairness I had a 7 KG Turkey to get into one for my first try with them so I might be being harsh. Two ripped open before I got everything sorted out. Once in the oven all fine. I've used oven bags for 30 years, these seem a bit "precious" so just be careful and they will be fine.

Worked for Large Christmas Turkey
Turkey turned out great. Did not need to baste and didn't even bother removing from the bag for the last 20 minutes - the skin went brown on its own.Very tasty and the most moist bird i've cooked.The bag fit my large Morrisons turkey just fine. I think an XL turkey would've been fine too.Bag didn't melt / burn etc even on the parts that were touching the oven sides.

Extremely poor qualiry
Initially used one bag but had to add a second as the bag bust during cooking. Inserted meat into two bags from the outset for the second use and still bags bust. Plastic just seemed to disintegrate and meat juices required for gravy - lost. Would not recommend this product and will bin the remainder.

Tear easily
Sorry, just a 3 stars for these. I found they ripped in use (no matter how careful I was). Had to use two bags. Still, I think turkey bags are a great idea and I’ve used them for other meats as well with perfect results. I will try another brand next time.

Hat sogar ein 10kg Puter hinein gepasst, nur die Öffnung müsste an der schmalen seite sein, ansonsten Super

Ottimo per cucinare in grande quantità.. io lo uso per cucinare in forno mettendo verdura , spezie è carne (già cotto prima) insieme stupendo da fare piatti sani è saporiti . È da provare per fare questo uso anche .

Katastrophe
Der schlechteste Bratbeutel denn ich je hatte. Ist sofort gerissen beim auspacken. Konnte man nur für die Tonne benutzen! NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!
