Dove Farm baking products are always completely reliable

First it arrives with broken bag, and spilled everywhere : when i read reviews from 2012 and see nothing has been done i can't help being a bit upset.Second and most important, it contains phosphate, and this is not exactly healthy : eating gluten free, i should have been more aware of the health problems related to phosphate : they disturb the balance and absoption of the body (in particulat calcium /phosphate, it can cause digestive troubles (!), decalcification and ferility issues)I thought dove were organic, but innocence is just in it's name :/
