The format is easy to follow with clear and concise recipes for all of the family to enjoy. The whole nutrition approach is LCHF, which is so beneficial for your health and weight loss goals. Plus, every reader can be safe in the knowledge that each contributor to the book is a 'real food' expert.

Being LCHF for the last 6 months I was stuck in a rut cooking the same things all the time, this great little book has given me some great alternatives to try. The book is no nonsense and easy to follow with no fancy ingredients you have never heard of to find. If you want to get your health back on track buy this book and follow its principles.

Great diet
You will be shocked at this diet it's the opposite to everything you ever read but weight is coming off. Sugar free farm style

Simple and straightforward cook book.
A good basic cook book full of simple, straightforward recipes. Recipes are short and simple, and most can be put together in very little time. Would definitely recommend as part of LCHF recipe library!

A great, easy to read book full of healthy low carb/sugar recipes
Being a keen follower of the Public Health Collaboration, I was interested to see this book. Three years ago I cut out refined sugar/ high carb foods whilst following the Harcombe Diet. It has been a turning point for me as I've lost two stone, no longer experience IBS symptoms or sugar cravings, and now feel the best I've felt in years. The Public Health Collaboration have put together a great book which is full of tempting recipes straight from the kitchens of the experts themselves. I'm feeling inspired just looking at the pictures! My favourites so far are the Breakfast muffins and the Bolognaise with cheesy leek topping. Its great to have some new ideas to try, especially as they work so well alongside the principles of the Harcombe diet.
