Great batteries, but for certain situations really.
As a few people have mentioned these are ideal for certain conditions and I use mine for my weather station for example in my two UV monitors, four temperature sensors and three battery powered LED lights in my shed. The point is they are for situations where the temperature can drop in the winter for example, as alkaline cells such as Duracell, (that I love and use for all my other battery needs), will fail as the voltage will drop to the extent they stop working, Lithium batteries do not have this attribute, and the voltage stays constant. There is nothing worse than on a winters night when you want to go into the shed, only to find the lights haven't triggered, because the voltage is too low, replacing the batteries with these Lithium ones solved the problem, and I was able to use the Duracell ones I took out in the house, where, when the warmed up were perfectly OK. They are too expensive to use in 'normal' situations but are essential for any electronic equipment that is used in winter....up to now they have lasted 2 years, which is excellent.

Best AAA for hard to get to devices or outdoor use with variable temperatures
If you have read any of my other reviews on batteries you'll see i'm fond of energiser lithiums.I really don't like the cost, but I expect I'm paying for safe disposal services at any retailer that sells them as well as the performance offered by energiser too. When I use them in a Netatmo weather sensor outside i'm getting over a year out of these aaa's.They read around 1.78v out of the packet, and what's reassuring is that all four in the packet read 1.78V identically. One duff in circuit and the good ones can't work so this is vital.I have to order a lot of batteries for putting in repaired/serviced devices and usually stick with duracell procell (or rebranded as industrial) for cost V acceptable performance purposes - and they usually behave themselves too, perhaps lasting a quarter to 1/3rd the time these will but these Lithiums are top of the consumer range and if you don't want to think too much about having to change them next they will serve you very well.In items with motors you'll not benefit from the increased cost, these seem to last longest in low to medium drain gadgets that can get a bit nippy. So Ideal for hard to get to installations and items that are put out in varying temperatures. Usually Lithium batteries can withstand freezing temperatures and still work (a little less efficiently) where alkalines would just give up quickly and zinc carbon would be dead before 0c.Because these are aaa size they are not going to have a ridiculously large current available, but it's not bad at 1250.0mAh (1,25 Amps total over 1 hour ) so if you use these in a device takes a very small current (i use these in devices that take 3-10 mA) and a moderate increase occasionally this is where you'll see massive differences in lifespan over alkalines doing the same job. They hold the current they have from new pretty steady till they obviously go flat and this can almost be predicted to the week for these in each appliance that it makes financial sense to use them in, we haven't ever had a bad batch yet.Where 1.2 volt rechargeables won't reach the right voltage for sensitive equipment and you need the ability to withstand the cold or simply hate changing batteries a lot, these take some beating without getting into specialist Lithium batteries.--------Getting into batteries that go further than these consumer lithiums for capacity will involve involve some basic electronic training or knowledge. With The 'specialist' type lithiums, which go beyond the performance of consumer lithiums *BUT ALSO THE PRICE* of these batteries- one battery of the same size can have double the voltage - so only a good idea for people with the info on where and how best to install 'dummy batteries',how to solder (in some cases) and how to instruct other family members that non-consumer batteries are not safe to use in the same manner as normal voltage batteries like these. These Lithium Energisers are incredibly safe, I have never seen any of the hundreds I've installed leak or ignite since launch, and they can be used in anything marked 1.5v AAADataSheet:http://data.energizer.com/PDFs/L92ULT_EU.pdf

Long lasting
Although more expensive than normal batteries these do seem to last for ages. Have used them in a variety of products and it's definitely worth the initial extra outlay.

Excellent service highly recommended

Good length and staying power - the batteries are good too
Bought for use with my toning belt and various high lumen torches so less hassle in longevity and output

You pay for what you get
These batteries outlast all the other batteries on the market and although they cost more it turns out cheaper in the long run. Delivery was only a couple of days. They did send me AA when I ordered AAA but that did not matter as they will get used anyway.

The best in my opinion
Definitely have to be the best. They're also not effected by the cold so great for outdoor gadgets, especially bike lights.

Check before you buy.....
Batteries arrived on time and were as ordered, two packs of 3+1. Unfortunately, the batteries that arrived were AAAs. I wanted AAs.My fault. I obviously didn’t look closely enough at the description. I am however going to partly blame Amazon. I searched for ‘AA Lithium Ultimate Energiser’ batteries as I new exactly what I wanted. I made the selection directly from the search results list based on price. It was only when they arrived through the letterbox that I realised my error. I could tell from the package size they were not AAs.Very poor search engine by Amazon I have to say, but it’s not the first time ive experienced it so I should now better. A warning to others perhaps.I promptly filled in a returns request but I have to pay postage as it’s my fault. I may decide to keep them as the return cost will not be worth paying, though I do it have many, if any devices that use AAAs.Decision time. At least I have till 31 Jan 2019 to make my mind up. Oh well, can’t win ‘em all.
