Simple, works well. Dont put it on highest setting other wise there is a little too much distortion but, perfect for the money.

I purchased this item for public astronomy presentations. The material is low grade and I do not consider it a value for money product. It is easy to use but the sound quality is not very good, it sometimes loses track of the mic and I get disconnections. I will look for a better product next time.

It's a shame that wireless microphone kits are so expensive otherwise, but I can understand why they are now. The tuning system is pretty awful and hard to use. When using these mics in London, they received nothing but interference. But there was the same amount of interference when filming on location in the middle of the Norfolk countryside!If you must buy these mics for an emergency (like me), heed this little warning: Make sure they're the green LED type, as the red LED type have non-working mics and very little signal coverage within proximity of 5meters.

My experience was that the unit did not produce a sound level that was sufficient for my need, so I had to return it. - Sorry!

arrived on time good value

This is a very terribly made product. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I see the other reviews that are good here might be based on when it is working. If you have both receiver and transmitter both clipped to a table or solid surface you might get an acceptable recording. However, I was getting all kinds of pops and clicks. It really affected my filming session in ireland and meant that I am now going to have to go back to re-record sessions. Also, the mic has a large amount of white-noise in the background. I think you get what you pay for and would really recommend spending more on a wireless mic. I have learnt my lesson

Okay here's the scoop.Pros:1. Includes lav mic, transmitter, reciever, and batteries.2. There is a great range.3. The price is awesome!4. Sound quality is decent.Cons:1. The transmitter has no peak detection2. There is background noise when you aren't speaking (but if you edit in post, like you should, it is easily removable)3. You need a 1/4 inch to 3.5mm adapterThis is a great budget set. I bought 2 and both work amazing. All the cons on my list are fixable problemsI know there are a lot of other reviews from people expecting $100+ quality for $12 but It's not going to happen. If you need a decent quality setup buy these, they work fine.

I am a professional sound engineer and worked with many popular brands like SHURE, Senhizer, Behringer etc. Cordless lapel mics and i must say in this kind of price range you are getting an awesome result thanks to Pyle-Pro! I dont know why some customers saying it is worthless, i think they dont know wht purpose they are buying it or else they dont know how to use it. I received a brand new piece and it is working fine and planned to buy to more of such kinda mics!
