Great way to get some extra protein into your kids diet!
These are amazing for getting some extra protein into your kids diet, my son loves these!

Tastes good but not like fruit loops
They are good but ridiculously expensive. My mother used to be on a feeding tube and can now be off of the tube with a liquid diet. These are high in calories but pretty nutritional. I wish there were other flavors that were not like sugary cereal. I bet kids like them, but for adults it’s a bit too much.

Water down cereal
Now, this stuff is nasty. Boys and girls. I wouldn't purchase this even for my children. I'm purpose. Must see if my older daughter likes it me. Personally, I think it's disgusting.

Drink it cold
So this tastes like when you leave the cereal in milk and let them get super soggy (which I like anyways). I don’t recommend drinking it warm, it leaves weird after taste. Tastes a whole lot better when it’s cold. It does it’s job for quick breakfast.
