Did exactly what it’s supposed to do for a lot less $$$$ than the one the machine company tries to scare you into buying…which is their brand of course. Descaling is descaling, it’s not rocket science and there is no special alchemy that makes any one product or method safer than another. Great value for a product that actually works.

Works in a coffe maker, there is a video on how to clean a Keurig mini that has an example. Also descaled my ice maker giving it new life. Be very careful using descaler in anything but a coffee maker. There are videos that show how vinegar flush should be done. Happy with this. Thank you Amazon.

The bottles were all leaking when I opened the package. They had a sticky band across the tops that was secured to both sides of the bottle that was labeled "securely sealed to prevent leaking" but as I said, all three bottles were very wet on the outside and the inside of the box was wet.

After following the directions to the letter, this product didn't work. When it came time for the final rinse, the "DESCALE" reminder was still flashing and the procedure failed. I have a Keurig, The description said it was for universal use for certain coffee makers, including Keurig. I wouldn't recommend.

Unfortunately my store quit carrying the coffee pot cleaner that I’ve used for years. I found this one on Amazon and decided to give it a try. My coffee pot has a pressure sensor on it, this cleaner cleared the clean pot sensor on the first use. I will continue to use this cleaner (unless my old cleaner comes available again) since it works.
